This place is a complete joke. Andy kept my pump for almost a year on my dozer. Was excuse after excuse of why it wasn't done. Finally got pump back and I had it checked because was going in my dozer with a new transmission and they put used parts in it and it was maybe at 40 percent working capabilities. I'm still waiting on my refund but if not will let the courts handle it. This place is crooked i advise anyone do not under any circumstances carry anything to these people. Lie after lie with this company so I advise anyone to not do business with them.

Was told they could fix hydrostatic transmission for Ford tractor- it has taken 4 months and we don't have our transmission back, no tracking number for the shipping and have requested refund multiple times. We paid for shipping both ways and have had to call this company multiple times- even had to block our number for them to start picking up the phone again. Our family owned business will be on the line due to the issues with trying to use this company. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! Especially if you are the middle man for an end costumer.

Note: This review will be updated when this company comes through on their end with the refund that was promised back to us and the transmission shows up at our shop.

I needed two pumps repaired, they asked for pictures. I sent the pictures including all of the information on the plates. I was told, we can fix that for $300-$500. I spent $75 shipping 2 pumps. Waited more then a month, heard nothing. I called, they did not answer. I e-mailed, no reply. Finally after several calls they answered, told me the pumps had been" misplaced". Said I would have an estimate in an hour. Next day, no information, called again. I was told, "no parts available, buy a new one" Why would they have me ship the pump, wait so long and tell me I was out of luck? They sent me a link to a pump that does not have a foot pedal, and I can not use. I would recommend that anyone avoid this place of business. They shipped the pumps back to me. When they arrives, they were in a yellow plastic tub, which was less then half full of peanuts, and soaked in oil. One pump is damaged. The pumps were shipped UNINSURED! They asked for pictures to file a claim. They told me the pumps were shipped in the same box I shipped them in, which was now used. They put oil in the pumps and did not drain it before shipping. In my opinion this place in inept, uncooperative and dishonest.

Total scam. We were charged for the rebuild of a pump that was no longer available from manufacturer and waited 11 months (after many, many phone calls and emails with just a generic reply that they were awaiting parts from overseas). The pump was finally drop-shipped directly to the vendor making the repairs on the machine and they notified us right away that it wasn't even close to being the right part. After many more phone calls, we finally got a bill of lading for them to pick up the part for return and they were supposed to refund our money. They picked up the part and meanwhile, many phone calls and emails later, still no refund, even though we have been promised numerous times "the check is in the mail". Our credit card company (Capital One) refuses after us filling out all kinds of info numerous times and talking to several people, to do anything about the refunding the charge on our credit card because it has been over 120 days since the charge (hell we waited 11 months from the date of charge till the time we even got the part!!!!). Buyer DEFINITELY beware!

This company gets negative 5 stars for me, could not find a pump i needed anywhere in a short return time. HTS said they had one on the shelf the same part number i gave them and could have it to me in 2 days. So i did the bank transfer and 5 days later after avoiding my phone calls I receive a pump that is not even remotely close to the one I ordered. Then then would not return my money and said if we would just send our core that they would re-build it and refund half the money. So i fell for the lies again. Sent it in and did not get it back for 3 weeks. Received pump and put it on and i have put 40 hours on machine and had Komatsu come work on our "rebuilt " pump 3 times since they touched it. PROFESSIONAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!!!

picture is of the inside of the '''rebuilt'' $8,500.00 excavator pump I bought off these folks, it was rebuilt with a can of paint, after plastering the internet with their business practices I got a full refund, sent the pump to shop and had it rebuilt and tested on hydraulic stand, these folks are not able to do that as pic shows, lost couple weeks with excavator down because I did not read the Better business reviews before I wired the money, told them to NEVER have anymore contact with me and today they tried to get me to remove the pics, is not possible or would have removed them, hope they NEVER contact me again,

This is the worse company to deal with ,they sent me the wrong pump after I gave him the part number. I have spoken to the owner many times he lies about everything. Now I have no pump, no core and no money,...do not do business with them
