Yeah, these guys are kind of full of themselves. Don’t get me wrong… they will clean your clothes well. They are very knowledgeable..but at a price! They are so expensive!!! I get the sense they can pick and choose customers. ALSO… don’t be fooled. They have a window sign that reads “Same Day Service”. But you can only read it from the inside. What the?!?! The drive thru is cool but the guy and his mom (I think) are way to boujee if you ask me. Try em out if you want. They know their stuff but bring your wallet and your humility. Not a good business plan these days.

Without reservation, the BEST!
I have used Hi-Tech since 2006 and have never been disappointed. The best, nicest people, the best service, the best results. In fact I had a shirt that was somehow separated from the batch I dropped off. Since it was a shirt I wore very seldom it wasn’t noticed missing for months. One day on my weekly visit I just happened to ask if they happened to see it. Right away they knew the shirt and were so happy they found the owner. I love these folks, give them a chance to win you over.

I have been using this cleaners for 5 years on a weekly basis. The lady owner and her son are extremely nice. The gentleman owner is nice but is not as people friendly and gets timid if things do not run smooth. The service is 5 stars+++. I highly recommend them. Their alteration work is very good as well.

I have been taking my husband's shirts along with my dresses and sweaters for over 3 years now. I think they do a great job and the owners/workers are always pleasant. I will say one time I was missing a shirt, but they had it held in the back since they didn't know who it belonged to. As soon as I asked, they ran in the back to get it. I would highly recommend this business.

Sign says they open at 7am. I was there at 7am, door locked, lights off, nobody inside. Around 7:05, a woman working at Food Lion shouted down the sidewalk "sir, he won't get here till about 7:15." What do you know, 7:15 on the dot the owner/employee opens up complaining about traffic, which would have been believeable had I not been forewarned about his regular tardiness. Completely unprofessional. Show up on time. At least my suit is clean.
