Couldn’t be happier with my experience today with Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. Alex was recommended by a neighbor and now I know why! He’s been in the biz for 16 years and really knows his stuff. He came out short-notice the day after I called him for an emergency cleaning, confirmed the appointment the day of, arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and did a great job on the carpet. It hasn’t looked this good in years. And his price was more than fair. Definitely recommend.

I’m super pleased with Alex’s services! I moved to a new house, and unfortunately the carpet had lots of stains I couldn’t clean myself, then I found Alex’s company on Yelp to help me out. He moved the furniture over the carpet with care, he was super knowledgeable about the type of stains and carpet, plus he left a fan with us for a couple of days to help drying the carpet.
The carpet smells good and it looks super clean now. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning.

Hi-Tech carpets has been cleaning the carpets in my 1700 Sq ft Sacramento house since February 2014. This property has been a rental property, and we have only trusted Hi-Tech to keep the carpets clean. We have had some very dirty and stained carpets from tenants not taking shoes off or moving out in the rain. Hi-Tech carpet has always been able to get our carpets back to clean (despite me thinking I would have to replace all the carpet). They take before and after photos and follow up with a phone call when the job is done. I’m rarely at the property and put 100% trust in Hi-Tech to get the carpets clean and free of stains and smells and ready for the next tenant. Their communication, customer service, and response time the best in the industry. They give an arrival window, call prior to arrival, and are always on time. I have been using this company for years and years. My mother uses this company. My auntie uses this company. They do a damn good job.

I have dogs and a lot of friends that come over so my floors have a lot of traffic on them. Life happens, I vacuum and have a Roomba but there is always fur and what can I say, life happens man, I get stains from food, dirt on shoes and the dogs.

Alex makes it super easy to schedule an appointment online or calling. When Alex shows up he always asks how I’ve been, not the carpets or the floors but me. He treats me like I am a family friend and I love him for it. We always have a great conversation before he starts.

Then he got to work and cleaning carpets is no easy task. You can tell him puts pride in what he does by the results you get.

My carpet looks brand new!!! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome!

Hi-Tech carpet cleaning is the best! Alex is the owner and operator and he is honest, fast, efficient, professional and very personable. His pricing is very reasonable. He made sure to put in the extra effort to remove all the stains and odors from my carpets. He cleaned my rental property and I will call him again.
