I can highly recommend Hi-Line Lighting Ltd. I spoke to Kevin about requirements for under cabinet lighting for a new kitchen renovation. He was very friendly and provided lots of helpful information so that I was informed and able to make the right choices. He also very quickly responded when I asked him to sanity check the items I'd eventually selected in the shopping cart. There was a good selection of LED strip light related items and the website is well designed. All of the items were well packaged when I collected them. Overall, I'm really impressed, and I'm pleased that I was able to support a local business.

We were Building our own home and needed advice on the vast array of LED strips for the house. The help we received in what was required was brilliant and everything was delivered as it should have been. nearly three years later and we have had a chip fail on one of the strips. Customer service has been excellent and a replacement is being despatched. BRILLIANT

Very good first experience with Hi-Line.
The sales Team where busy when I called, but rang me back almost instantly. The lady I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful, and was able to arrange an instant order packing and collection that bailed me out of a hole at work.

Wanted to install LED strip lighting in an outdoor application (garden gazebo) but didn’t have the first idea of what was needed.
I made an enquiry through the Hi-Line website with an idea of what I wanted and the support and information I received was first class.
Before I made a purchase there were a number of email exchanges which were all treated in the same professional manner.
The lighting is a fantastic addition to the garden and perfectly finishes the gazebo........roll on summer!!
