Our company have been with Hii Com for a couple of months now. We were having a few issues with our cordless phones and the line was disconnecting from customers. We sent a email and very quickly Monty called us back and ran test to fix the issue, he also called us a further 2 times just to make sure the issue was fixed. I was really surprised by their customer care and couldn't thank them enough for how quick they dealt with it.

Hii Communications installed a new VOIP system for me earlier this year, we received a great service from Jonathan and Monty. The system works well, giving us more capacity to take calls, have more information on who called. All questions and queries were handled in a friendly and efficient manner.
