The Engineer came and was polite and well-mannered, he installed 11 new phones and then took the time to make sure we all understood how the phones work and if we had any problems or didnt understand any aspect then he was patience and explained a more simpler way! By the time he left all 9 members of staff felt very confident using the phones and making/receiving calls.

We recently had our new phone system installed by HiHi, and we couldn't be happier with the service. The engineer (Kieren B) was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the system. The installation process was smooth and efficient, with everything explained clearly to us.

If you are thinking of signing up with HiHi I strongly recommend you do so with caution and take the time to make sure you understand exactly what you are signing up for. Unfortunately we have learnt the hard way. Their incredibly slick sales staff will give you a fantastic demonstration showing a world of functions that at the time look great but most of which once you get them you will never use again! The worst part is the financials, be prepare to get hooked into a never ending contract. They offered us a very good initial rate but failed to highlight that after a period of time it would revert to a much higher fee and the contract length being 7 years! the only way to get out is to ride out the 7 years of extortionate fees or keep renewing the hardware every few years and agreeing a new discounted rate but in essence you are trapped and this is not explained by the sales staff at all.

New HiHi phone system installed, easy to use, with lots of benefits. Rich who carried out the install really knows his stuff and made the training both informative and easy to understand. The tablet system with the apps etc will be an asset to our business.

Avoid at all costs!

Aggressive sales person blatantly lied on 2 occasions and made promises that the company will not honour. We have been paying for these phones for 8 months now and they are still in the box! Never even received any incoming calls on the handsets.

Complained multiple times, but wont assist in resolving the issue. Legal team enforcing a contract that was clearly mis sold and now having to take further legal advice in an attempt to get what was agreed actioned.

Wish I had read all the reviews on google or trust pilot before being conned by this company.

Save yourself the time, hassle and money and look elsewhere.

Awful aftercare. It is very difficult to run a business when your phones and internet are constantly dropping out. When we signed up for the system, we were assured of fantastic aftercare with our systems being looked after and a same or next day site visit from an engineer if problems could not be resolved remotely. This was blatantly untrue as it is hard enough to get a callback let alone any resolution or useful fix. I would not recommend this company for anyone who needs to use a telephone or internet unless they are happy with constant frustrations and high blood pressure.

Great service from Dan G, from start to finish he was very friendly and polite. Nothing felt rushed or to much trouble, showing me the ins and outs which was very helpful for our future use. Top guy! definitely recommend this company.
