I do not often write a review after only one visit but I was impressed by the technical knowledge of the tech who helped me and even more by the fairness of this business. From a third party I purchased a refurbished laptop nearly identical to a laptop I have had for years. I like the keyboard on this model so I took the laptops to High-Tech to find out what could components could be swapped between the laptops. The tech examined the laptops while I ran an errand and I was given a detailed summary of what could be swapped about 90 minutes later. The most impressive thing was the evaluation was free. I was only quoted a very reasonable charge to do the work.

I called High Tech and described the problem with my laptop not booting into Windows 10. Andre attentively listened over the phone and took the time to offer solutions. I ended up taking my machine to them for repair. He and his staff were exceptionally nice, friendly, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Not only did they diagnose and fix the problem the same day, they called when they said they would and didn't try to sell me anything else. They performed a thorough diagnostic on my system and fixed the issue - period. Their service was outstanding and their prices were very reasonable given the labor. I would highly recommend them for any electronics repair.

I bought an i7 processor second hand but when I installed it, my computer wouldn't start. I brought the processor to High-Tech and they tested it for me. Turns out the processor was fine and my motherboard was the problem. Really great service, hard to find a shop willing to test to parts these days. Definitely recommend High-Tech for diagnosis and repairs.

I brought my camera to get repaired and was quoted about 40% less than what other repair shops told me. They're also very quick with their work- my camera was available for pickup the next day! It seems that they've fixed the problem. Let's hope their repair work is long-lasting!

Brought My LG G4 phone to get repaired/diagnosed. The back button did not work, they quoted me a very low price so I asked many questions to make sure we where on the same page. Sure enough! they ordered the part and had it back late the following day. Very cool place and great service.

They are pretty good at repairing PC's. Also I got a 2006 Black MacBook that I loved so much. Recently I retired the device, but it was so smooth and fresh when I received it from them, never had a problem with the Mac.
