Igor was very friendly and professional. He explained how everything works and did a great job installing a filter. I wish I found this company prior to purchasing a filter myself, since they provide it with the installation service (comes down to about the same price) , plus 3 year warranty. They offer competitive prices and fast paperwork. Definitely, would recommend this company!

High Water Standard/Igor was great! Great communication and super efficient install. We needed a hole drilled into our counter and Igor had great design advice on where we should place the faucet. The faucet we purchased was also a little wonky and he fixed it for us. I love how minimal and sleek the Vita Tower is - takes up no room at all. Our water tastes amazing! So happy with everything.

Incredible service. Our complex is building owned so we did not know we couldn’t drill into the counter. Igor let us know we would just need to buy a different faucet and he would come back the following week. He took the inconvenience in stride and was back the next week for installation. Communication between Igor and their team was so easy, they were on time, and installation went perfect. Such a great deal as well, we were going through so many water bottles, this system will pay for itself in no time. I couldn’t recommend High Water Standard more! Thank you
