Buy once, cry once.... 10 year military GWAT vet / 10+years LEO. The quality and functionality of HSG is honestly just like their name. You can tell that they actually make gear/improve on concepts that are battle proven. I love that they keep it simple stupid. You get what you pay for in this particular space; in my opinion their prices are fair for what they provide and comes with a lifetime guarantee! Not many these days due that on molle gear.

Wanted mag pouches that could handle different caliber magazines and the Double Decker does not disappoint. Both pistol and rifle pouch can securely hold double stacked 9mm and .45 mags as well as 5.56 and 7.62 PMAGs respectivily. Add bonus is the use of preattached one wrap for mounting to belts.

We all know that recent events have adversely effected production times for many companies. HSGI is one such company (although they seem to be diligently addressing this issue). I recently ordered the ReFlex IFAK from HSGI after determining that it better suited my needs (space, profile, etc.) than my existing belt mounted IFAK. Just hours after purchasing this, I received an email from their Sales manager, Shelbie. I was informed that although HSGI was experiencing 12+ week lead times on some items that they would honor my order if I wished. They also provided contact information for a vendor that recently purchased some of the items I was interested in and told me they would refund my purchase if I desired. I contacted the alternate vendor and was able to purchase the pouch. Additionally, just minutes after telling this to HSGI I received a confirmation of my order cancellation and refund.

HSGI went the extra mile to ensure I had the product I need to carry medical supplies. This is very important to me and this honorable and classy behavior should be important to you.

Due to everything going on, I wasn’t sure of the extended lead times needed to ship my order. I had waited about 11 days and still didn’t receive a shipping notification. I contacted customer service for High Speed Gear and a Shelbie responded back. She provided an alternative website to order from, with no lead time. She also had my order refunded at the same time. I own other products from HSGI and they are very reliable. The other half of what makes a great company is the customer service, and HSGI has it. Will continue dispensing justice with their products!

I ordered an item from them, and it resulted in being 12 weeks back ordered. HSG was quick to email me and actually recommend another company that they knew had the item in stock. HSG went as far as providing the contact info for the second company. I contacted the second company and ordered the item from them. I emailed HSG and let them know and they quickly cancelled my order and refunded my money. Quality customer service was displayed and they clearly put the customer first.

I ordered the Reflex IFAK system recently. I haven't received it yet, but I know that High Speed Gear is great quality and have no concerns there. I wanted to review the outstanding customer service. I received an email from Shelbie shortly after placing my order to inform me of the longer lead times. Instead of leaving it at that, Shelbie also informed me of an alternate vendor who may have the item in stock and provided me the pertinent contact information of that vendor. This was not something Shelbie needed to do, but did anyway in the chance it may mean I get the item I wanted sooner--even if not directly from them.
