I just stopped by here to have my ring authenticated and this man was very rude and disrespectful. Didn't take time to look at my ring at all took it in his hand for 2 seconds and discredited it on spot because I ride a moped and where a backpack he assumed I was homeless and not worth his time. This is the second time he has treated me this way

I had the privilege of meeting Joe today. I went on a friend’s referral to sell some gold & silver jewelry I didn’t want to hold onto. I’m still very much in the grieving process and he was so kind and patient. I’ve wanted to sell some things before but didn’t trust anyone. While he was evaluating things, we got know each other a little. The level of care and customer service is so rare in today’s world. If you have gold/silver jewelry, broken or wearable, that you don’t mind giving up, you would be surprised at how much it may be worth. I sure was! I have only done one other review beforeand this one is deserved. Go see Joe to buy or sell jewelry; you will leave satisfied.

Staff have refused to wear masks, even with a member of staff testing positive for COVID 19 and exposing customers. Clearly, High Point Jewelers does not value our community if they aren't willing to preserve the health of their customers. They plan to remain open with exposed staff members not wearing masks.

No mask compliance by employees or customers. An employee just got covid, and they’re staying open even while everyone gets tested. Unacceptable behavior, putting us all at risk. Spread the word.
