I don't often take the time to write a review. However, when a company and their team exceed all expectations, I write!

First, the High-End call center is fabulous, I wish I could recognize all of them, but I spent the most time with Jasmin who's professionalism and interest re our issues made us comfortable from the start.

Second and equally important, our technician, Jorge, who we last saw 6 years ago (which is a tribute to High-End as a company), could not have been more courteous, competent and yes, patient.

In short, in this time of outsourcing service, High-End is a throwback yo solid customer service!

High End Service is legit! Unfortunately, I called them second, my mistake. The first company I called out had no idea what was going on with my issue. The technician at HES knew within two minutes of arriving what the problem was and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Amazing service and very knowledgeable. They will from here on out be my first call for service on my Sub-Zero.

This company provides a white glove service. From the customer service representatives to the technician, it shows everyone is trained to make the customer their first priority.
The technician used shoe covers and made sure to put a protective blanket on the floor and other surfaces where he placed his tools and parts.
Everyone was genuinely pleasant and professional which is very hard to find among service contractors in Miami and it is extremely appreciated.
