I hate to be this way, but if your business hours state online your open between 10-5 fri-sun you should honor that it's only 3 days a week anyway.. Or update the page to say appointments only. Or we come to provide services when we feel like it.. I find it highly unprofessional.. drive from out of town to find out you can't get services offered..

Anyone who is looking for the services of this company call them first. They don't answer but they will text you back..

Thanks for the reply back, I was having a great day until I tried to get services from your company which you say you offer between 10am-5pm fri-sun.. I know if my business was short staffed I wouldn't be making up excuses and blaming something that happend 4 years ago.. especially when i only say im open 36 hrs a week. but I really appreciate you texting me during your business hours instead of picking up the phone the 7 times I supposedly called.

We all know you will try and have google remove this legit review of my experience with your company.
I really wouldn't have even responded back but your response was terrible, no accountability or any sympathy. When you are 100% in the wrong.. instead you say it's the potential clients fault.. ( for Any clients thinking about using there services, be aware)

Mandy and Tara do an amazing job. I have a chronic pain condition that has only gotten relief from my infusions. Mandy is very compassionate and makes sure that every experience is positive.

The rooms are private. Chairs are comfortable (though, I personally preferred the chairs with the electronic recliners). Mandy is attentive and adjusts dosages as necessary.

They are very flexible with getting infusions scheduled as needed and working with my schedule. I appreciate the value I receive, as the higher dose infusions in other places can be much higher in price. Both Mandy and Tara are very educated on the benefits and mechanisms of the infusions and make sure that my boyfriend and I are well informed (especially him, as I often do not remember all of the things told to me due to the nature of my infusions) of the process and expectations.

I highly recommend consulting with Mandy and Tara if you have considered ketamine infusions for pain or mental health (or other types of infusions for general health).

Been going to High Country Infusion for Ketamine Therapy. It’s been life-changing with my depression and anxiety!! Even after just 3 sessions I saw great improvement! Not only do I get world class treatment, but she really cares about me as a person and works with me on treatments to get the most pain relief I can. Stopped in today to have a Myer's Cocktail IV therapy with glutathione to boost my immune system prior to my 2nd dose of "the" vaccine and help with some recent stress. Will definitely be coming in more often! Great experience and Mandy was excellent dealing with my tricky veins. I'm excited to have this in our backyard in Frisco!

I recently sought treatment at a local wellness center and encountered several challenges that I believe are important to share. My main issue revolved around the electronic health record (EHR) system, which unfortunately presented multiple technical difficulties. Despite receiving notifications, accessing detailed appointment information or necessary forms within the app was problematic.

My intention was to undergo a specific treatment at this facility, attracted by its offerings and potential benefits. However, the ongoing technical issues, compounded by a miscommunication regarding an appointment, resulted in considerable confusion and inconvenience.

Ultimately, these barriers led me to seek treatment elsewhere. While this was not the outcome I had hoped for, I want to acknowledge any assistance provided by the center's staff during this process. My aim in providing this feedback is to highlight areas that could enhance the patient experience, particularly in terms of technological reliability and clear communication.

Between the altitude and cocktails, I was wiped out. Mandy was so sweet and awesome and the choice of vitamins she recommended was perfect. I walked out a different person than when I walked in. Immediate results!!!!! I will definetly come back next time I'm in town.

Visited this new business after a long day riding at Breck and a long week prior. Got a Myers IV infusion and a quick dose of glutathione. Walked out feeling fantastic! Highly recommend—Mandy is incredibly knowledgeable and provides great service!
