I have shopped here many times. Love the things they carry. But I have to comment on the attitude or “air” of the owner and another staff member. I know lots of people in our small town if Clinton, and I try and patronize our local businesses, but it never fails, I go in this store and the arrogance and “stuck up” attitude of the staff and owner is a huge turn off. I have literally seen them treat people differently due to status/ appearance and literally hear them speak rudely about a couple of customers when they walked out of the store. Truly sad. I also have heard this same thing/ complaint from friends and family that have patronized this store. I had a family member be spoken to pretty rudely (not by the owner) when she questioned a delivery fee, wasn’t hearsay, I heard it with my own ears. I’ve “known of” the owner for a long time. She has seen me frequent her store and been decent as I was a customer, but see her out in public somewhere and she dares to open her mouth and be polite. Just a huge turn off. Would love to patronize this store but I will find the same products elsewhere where the “attitude” of staff is more pleasant.
