I needed a second opinion on my foundation issue so I had Blake come out and take a look. He took the time to look over my situation and gave me his recommendation as well as suggesting that I call an engineering company to confirm. I went ahead and called an engineering firm and they came out and the assessment Blake, from High Bar, gave me was 100% consistent with what the engineer recommended. I went ahead and scheduled the job and was able to get on their schedule timely (2 weeks) and they communicated with me during the queue time. On the day of the repair, they showed up on time and got to work. They completed the job in 1-day and allowed me to inspect the work as they progressed. When completed, they cleaned up everything as it was. Though I don't know anyone that is truly happy to have to have to spend money for foundation repair, I am very happy, satisfied, and at ease, that I choose High Bar Roof and Foundation. Thanks guys!

I contacted High bar roofing for a quote for gutter installation at our house. And same day i called, i got an appointment that morning for them to meet with me and get measurements. We received our quote the same day. We explored other companies before choosing High Bar Roofing, but none of them were like High Bar Roofing, professional, very quick response and most important they got the job done quick and we absolutely love how the gutters look. Definitely recommend High Bar Roofing and Construction.

We reached out to Blake about installing some gutters on our home. He came out the same day to discuss the project. In less than a week, his crew had taken measurements, gotten the materials and installed the gutters. We could not be happier with their work. They look fantastic and blend in beautifully with the trim on our house to the point they are almost invisible. I think the best part of working with High Bar is that we had concerns about having one of the down spouts dropping down into a crushed granite patio area, and Blake was able to find a solution that left that area untouched. I could not recommend this company more and we will absolutely use them again for any further home improvements.

I had a rebuild job and gave this company a chance, and it was just the worst as far as dealing with unprofessional workers and a job that should’ve taken two weeks took months. Obviously, their time is more important than yours, million excuses for everything and their workers not showing up. I still look at my walls and see imperfections of how sloppy the job was done. I would not recommend this company at all. Just really disappointed in the customer service and the service I got!

I had High Bar Roofing and Construction replace my roof, gutters, paint my house(including washing, rotted wood replacement, and re-caulking areas that needed it. I also had them wash and re-stain my fence. The project manager, Calvin and the owner Blake both made sure the job was done correctly and timely. I thought their crews did a great job and any issues that came up were addressed immediately and without question. I plan to have some more work done on my home in the future and I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Blake deserves no stars, but that is not an option.

Blake gained our trust by completing a roofing and foundation job. So, we felt comfortable hiring him for additional work. We hired and paid him 8k to paint our entire house (1784sq ft), deck and some flooring work. (5/9/2024)

His crew was extremely sloppy and got paint everywhere. Missed an entire wall, didn't finish our laundry room, and the deck looks the same, if not worse than when they started. The flooring work was not completed. 2nd try by his painting crew, I had to babysit them the entire time, continuously asking me if they were doing a good job. It was going to take a 3rd trip out for them to finish just the painting.

Blake never inspected the overall job and after multiple requests, he finally came out to inspect the job. During this inspection, he backpedaled on what was included, even though they were clearly in his notes. He did agree to come back out to complete "some" of the work, but not everything he had listed, even though he already had money in hand.

Then silence.

After a week of waiting, (Mind you, he has had our money since 5/9), I reached out requesting $1500 out of the 8K to be refunded, so we could complete the job. He did not respond. I waited another week, reached out two more times with still no response.

My fiancée reached out requesting a response, and he finally responded, but was rude and very unprofessional to her.
(Said his world does not revolve around us)

It's been almost 2 months since we paid Blake 8K, with lots of excuses. He ignored the refund request and is now claiming we are refusing for him to complete the work.

Overall.. horrible experience and not recommended...

I reached out to High Bar after two other companies chose not to call me back. Blake was quick to come out and address my roof damage claim that State Farm denied. Blake knew what to do and how to fight the denial. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. After a few months of fighting the claim, State Farm finally accepted responsibility. Blake and his crew did a fantastic job on the new roof and gutters. I highly recommend High Bar Roofing due to their professionalism, expertise, and quality of work.

High Bar Roofing & Construction was excellent from start to finish of my foundation repair. I’m a somewhat new homeowner, so finding out that I needed a foundation repair was daunting, but High Bar made the process as painless as it could be. They were the first company I contacted for a quote/opinion, and none of the other 3 companies I contacted to come out and inspect my house could beat their quote. High Bar was able to complete the project from initial contact, to quote, to completion of all repairs in less than 7 days. Christian, the project manager was thorough and answered all my questions throughout the process. He kept me up to date during repairs and was onsite for the majority of 2 day construction to make sure everything was going smoothly. The construction team was awesome - I needed internal piers in addition to external piers, and they worked with Christian to minimize the damage to my hardwood floors inside my home. The team was also careful to keep my home and belongings clean and debris-free. The team worked hard to complete the project, including clean up in two days. Finding out that you need foundation work done is never fun, but having a company you can trust makes it so much easier and less stressful. I’m super thankful I found High Bar, and I will use them for all of my future renovation and home maintenance needs. Thanks Blake, Christian, and team!
