We would like to thank High 5 Plumbing for their recent help with our boiler replacement. Bucky was super helpful and communicated with us often on the progress of the installation. He helped us out numerous times when we needed troubleshooting and general questions regarding our boiler install. In addition, he provided additional insight and knowledge on other issues we had ongoing in our residence. We corrected his recommended issues, and our house and plumbing are in a significantly better state than it was prior. Bucky is super talented in many areas and a joy to chat with when he had free time. High 5 addressed any concerns we had in a prompt manner too. Overall great experience.

Justin Covington came out to our house today and fixed multiple things that needed to be addressed. Not only was he professional, but he was very knowledgeable and honest with my husband and I on the work that needed to be performed. High 5 has always been a great plumbing company with amazing technicians, and now that they specialize in two more trades (HVAC and Electrical), we will definitely be contacting them for other assistance. As a returning customer, I would HIGHLY recommend you join their loyalty program. It is definitely worth every penny.

I love the way of High 5 plumbing do business; a whole team making sure your needs are taken care of before and after the service performed. Excellent customer service. Peter, the tech, was extremely respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. Now, I don’t know if that’s market standard but the cost of replacing a vacuum breaker valve it seems way too expensive. I didn’t ask for a break down but almost $900.00 for parts and labor is definitely way too much. That’s why I’m not giving 5 stars.

High Five Plumbing scheduled us same day service within a few hours of our call. The technician, Justin, was thorough and knowledgeable. He clearly communicated our options for repair or replacement of the water heater and worked hard to make sure our problem was solved quickly. Justin left our home clean and his workmanship was excellent. We will be using High Five Plumbing again!

Peter was wonderful! He called to say the job he was on prior to ours was taking a bit longer, and he wouldn’t make it to our house until after 4:30pm. He actually made it to the house earlier than expected, and was so helpful! I would highly recommend High 5 Plumbing!

Michael came out to do my annual furnace inspection. As always high5 did a wonderful job and Michael was terrific. He was on time, professional and very detailed.. Explained everything to me and no hard sell to sell anything. I highly recommend high 5!

The electrician Isaiah game today to finish up a couple items from the inspection. He was very courteous, on time and professional. You did a fabulous job just what I would expect from High Five! Another five star rating.

Morgan is the magic man! he came in diagnosed and fixed my issues so fast. he was exceptionally well to work with, knowledgeable and very informative. not only did he fix my issue and was a delight to work with but he also gave me great advice to avoid issues in the future. their pricing is reasonable and their dispatch treated me very well to get on their schedule!

Just had these guys find me a new replacement swamp cooler for my house, they brought it over set it in the same brackets connected the already existing water line, then proceed to charged me 10,655.12$ when they had quoted me $1600 with shipping. They have no itemized invoice. I never authorized this amount. If you are considering these guys for a job I’d hold off, or consider another contractor.
