We have been receiving what can only be described as fantastic value and personal service and support from Ken at Hi-Fi Stereo at Sale for 30 years and at various homes. We’ve bought, relocated, added to and bought more equipment over the years and every time Ken has delivered on everything we’ve required. He even guided us when we sold our last system. Today he installed our latest music system and, again, we have had a quality system with support to match. In our opinion it’s not just the best supplier but the only supplier we’d consider. Traveled to see these guys as I had heard good things. Decided to order some food beside the place so it could be prepared while I shopped. Was told to move my car and made to feel uncomfortable. Fair enough, whatever, miss communication. Ordered food, then went back over to get a turntable and eq. was made to feel way more uncomfortable than before ?‍♂️ so I left. At least I'll get a nice piece of chicken from the takeaway next door.
Must be nice to be able to turn away someone desperate to buy.

Edit. Thank you for your reply. As I am free to write an accurate review of what I felt, so are you on your reply. All is good.
Just going to clarify. I feel your response implies I arbitrarily refused to wear a mask and ignored appointments.
I failed to see any "appointment only" sign, nor did yiu mention that I could do that.
As for the mask I explained I was unable to wear one, not that I didn't want to, that I could not.
I already had in my hand my medical exemption I keep with me to avoid these circumstances. I understand people want to be safe, I was probably on edge due to the continual discrimination I get for being disabled and not able to spend money due to not wanting to explain my full medical history to anyone that asks.
Hope your business does well and you stay safe.
I don't recall if you had a mask on or not once I walked in, I don't think you did. Safety with masks is also to help the vulnerable, such as customers like me who have no choice but to be vigilant on social distancing and hand sanitizer
