What a find! Simply and beautifully designed to look gorgeous in your home, and exactly what a cat needs to fulfill their natural instinct to climb, scratch, and play hidey-seek. Guests love it as much as I do. Charlie has the pole-cat and a Tom-cat is on the way. Mark is so good to work with, communication and service are top-notch. Thank you Mark. UPDATE: Tom-cat arrived and is installed - Charlie is in kitty heaven!

I purchased two Polecat units from Hicat, and couldn't be happier. My two cats are not typically avid climbers, but they love reaching the higher shelves that are accessible by climbing the pole, especially if they could grab some snacks there 🙂 The units are sturdy, look great, and the customer service is one of the best I had. Mark spent a lot of time with me customizing the units, and really showed interest in getting me the best product for my needs. Thank you Mark!

We purchased a Fatcat4 and a Polecat last year and we (and our kitty!) are delighted with both...could not be happier. The quality of the work is exceptional and there is great attention to detail, using beautiful, durable materials. And the customer service could not be any friendlier or more helpful! In fact we are so happy with our purchase we are now designing custom Hicat shelving to use as a kitty highway. Hicat products are worth every penny!

Fantastic product and service... out cats absolutely love the FATCAT and Slim Pole, tree houses don’t even come close to be compared with those, honestly climbing as movement is just an absolute must for indoor cats. Service was professional, responsive, the delivery arrangements and follow up just truly show the dedication to perfection. Worth every penny! And your furry set of paws deserves it!

Over the years I have bought a Polecat with darts 🎯 , a couple of shelves, a Fatcat, a wall affixed scratcher, a half sized freestanding Fatcat, another Polecat, then a polecat platform! The only cat furniture fit for my Mimi, my flat looks great with it, the quality is high, it is durable, and the customer service was excellent. When I had a unique problem I was assisted greatly. Great company, great products.

Great product and great service. I have bought several Hicat products over the past few years. My latest is a custom made wall supported TomCat. The service from Hicat was excellent, helping me with the design and making sure it arrived safely. My three cats just love it - as a scratching post; for running up and down from floor to ceiling both inside and outside the tower; for gazing out of the nearby window from a hidey hole; or for a quiet snooze. We added this to our floor standing FatCat and a Scraaatch post because we have found the Hicat products to be far superior in quality, in value for money and in cat enjoyment to the similar items found in on-line shops and pet stores. When we have our occasional litters of kittens it is such fun to see them discovering climbing for the first time.
