Ali was great! I wasn’t sure if I needed a plug or a new tire. Ali explained that he would patch it and my tire still had 50% of the tread on it. He was super friendly and honest. I will come back again and again!

I had a fantastic experience at Hi Tech Plus Service Center. Frank was incredibly honest and meticulous in diagnosing my car's issue. He not only identified the problem accurately but also went above and beyond by recommending that I contact Honda first to see if they would cover the repair, as the part was listed in a Honda TSB. This level of honesty and care is rare—most other service centers would have just completed the repair without suggesting a way to save the customer money.

Once Honda declined the coverage, Frank swiftly sourced the part and resolved the engine noise issue caused by the high-pressure fuel pump. The entire process was efficient, and the level of customer care was exceptional. I highly recommend Hi Tech Plus Service Center for anyone looking for honest, customer-first auto service!

Frank was very fast and helpful! Prices were very cheap for the great quality of work you receive. He even went out of his way to fix a bad job from another mechanic and I still paid less that what he had originally quoted. We will definitely be getting all our work done here from now on!

Great mechanic’s were able to diagnose the issue quickly. Frank kept me up to date with the progress and completed the work ahead of time. High tech used high quality parts and factory parts. Repair price was much lower than expected. Probably half what a dealer would charge. Not easy to find an honest mechanic like they have at Hi Tech. I will highly recommend.

This is my second experience with Hi Tech Plus Service Center on Stinson Road. I am so grateful to them for taking me in. The car had terrible, unsafe wheels. I trusted them to know what to do and, yes, they did. They were able to help me when I brought the car to them as well as diagnose a further problem. My car is now ready to take me further safely on the roadways.
On the morning of October 18th, 2024 I slowly drove the car to them; in the afternoon of October 19th, 2024 the car was fixed up, ready to go. Thank you so much.
