Un lugar excelente para tomarse un Buba Tea. El lugar está muy limpio. El servicio al cliente fue excelente. Los tea y cakes que compramos estaban riquísimo. Yo me comí un cake qué era de dulce de leche y mis esposa el de fresa. En otra ocacion antes de hoy me tome un bubble tea qué sinceramente fue divino. Recomiendo este lugar grandemente es simplemente muy bueno en todos los aspectos.

We are from out of town and wanted to check out some boba places. I wasn’t expecting to find much here and didn’t expect it to be good. However Hi tea definitely meat my expectations. I came from the bay area where there’s plenty of boba shop and it’s a rare find to find something that is good in cape coral I love the taro binsu. The price for tea is similar to the bay area after adding the toppings which average about $7-$8 a cup. Extra topping are $1 more. Decor here is very cute. Good hang out spot.

The drinks here are amazing! I've tried most the boba tea places in the Cape, none compare to this location! The ladies that work here are so friendly, sweet, and polite. It's unfortunate that there are customers who over over-entitled, immature, hotheads that treat the staff so poorly, their behavior is embarrassing, but the ladies handle the situations so professionally and calmly. Kudos to the two working this morning!

Hi tea is the cutest Boba shop in town! there are tons of different photos spots inside the café where you can take tons of cute pictures while you wait for your drinks.

They have tons of options for Boba that are both caffeinated and non-caffeinated. They offered tea, lemonade, milk, tea, slushies, and smoothies… they have more popping pearl options than anywhere else I have seen. They also have tons of different dessert options, like strawberry shortcake, macaroons, and even Korean Bingsu. The Bingsu is our personal favorite. It is a shaved ice cream topped with fruit, boba and whipped cream.

The owner is super nice, and all of the workers are as well. I’ve never had a bad experience as far as service goes. While working on homework and writing a paper, they even brought my niece and I out some free samples of tea and desserts. If I could give them more than 5 stars in each area I would!!!

I've been to many boba cafes and this one is definitely one of my absolute favorites! I have no doubt that Hi Tea is the best boba place in Cape Coral. The atmosphere is super cute and relaxing, me and my friend were there for a good hour just chatting away while enjoying our food and drinks. The baristas are extremely nice and welcoming which was refreshing because it's hard to see people that actually enjoy their jobs nowadays. While I was blown away by the chewiness and freshness of the tapioca pearls, I can't really say the same for the one dessert I got. I make pans worth of authentic tiramisu for nearly every occasion and the tiramisu I ordered was really bland and had a yeasty smell to it which was very strange. Overall too cakey and barely had any coffee taste.
