I had a great first Really Good facial with Jenay today! She was listened and responded to my needs and concerns and really adapted products and boosters to what I was comfortable with. I loved the feel of the space and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I am thrilled with how smooth and hydrated my skin is following and I appreciated the educational share on products used without a hard sales pitch for purchase. Looking forward to returning next month!

I cannot express how amazing my whole Hi, Skin experience was. Starting from the design/vibe of the whole store, to the staff, to the products used- it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. And I have had many facials that I was not happy about or did not see immediate results even though they were very expensive. The price point to the quality/ value you get at Hi, Skin is great.

Lauren, my esthetician was incredible. Her hands were magic and explained every step of the way how all of the products would benefit me based on my skin type. My skin was glowing when she was done. I cannot recommend Hi, Skin more. Even if you don’t have a lot of time you can pop in for an express. The location is prime and super convenient.

I had a wonderful first experience at Hi, Skin! The whole space is very welcoming and has great vibes, and everyone working there was super pleasant!

I did the Really Good Facial with Sierra and she was amazing! We spent a few minutes going over my skin type, current skin concerns, and at-home routine before she began, so that she could tailor the entire experience based on my skin’s needs. She explained every product and technique she used as she did them, and explained how they would address the specific concerns I had told her about. There were so many steps and products she was able to use in just an hour, I was amazed! I left absolutely glowing and my skin has continued to look great since I went over a week ago. Highly recommend Hi, Skin in DC!!

This was the best facial I have ever had! Lauren walked me through the entirety of the facial before and during the service, which I really appreciate. I have sensitive skin concerns, so I like to know what is being put on my face. The products are all natural-based, which I also have a big appreciation for as well. The aesthetic of the facility was so nice and calming. The front desk assistant was so helpful and helped me get started on a membership with ease. I feel that you definitely get your money’s worth with all of the treatment provided in the Really Good Facial. I am a huge fan!

I loved my experience here! Right off the bat the vibe and aura of the space is cool, and they really make you feel comfortable.
I had the Really Good Facial with Aisha. She was great—explained every detail of what she was doing, what the products were, and was attentive to what I was saying. I mentioned using a turmeric mask at home and she ended up using a turmeric product during our session!
Domonique was working the register when I visited and she was super friendly and helpful. She was great at explaining the membership details to me and answering my questions.
My face felt amazing after my facial and I felt that my skin concerns were addressed. The products they use smell so amazing—my face smelled like strawberries after my session. I also have sensitive/dry skin so the fact that my face took the products well with no reactions is such a green flag!
I honestly believe the membership price is worth it for folks that can budget it in and want to treat themselves once a month (and enjoy the other perks offered!). I signed up too but only for a short time since I’ll be moving away soon where they don’t have a location near me—which makes me so sad because I would continue it! Still looking forward to my next session 🙂

I had my first facial experience at this new Hi, Skin location recently and it was phenomenal. From the booking experience to check-out everything was seamless. My service provider Ashia G was friendly and welcoming and immediately made me feel comfortable. The space is set up like a salon but I felt like I received an intimate facial experience with Ashia. She started with a thorough consultation and talked me through the process and educated me on the products she was using which are mainly natural and plant based. Everything smelled so good it made me a little hungry. I was very relaxed during the facial and left feeling amazing. My skin looked so clear and I felt like I was glowing. I would highly recommend this Hi, Skin location. The manager Dominque who checked me out provided me with excellent customer service and more information about additional services. 10/10

I had an absolutely amazing facial at Hi Skin. I 100% would recommend it to any and everyone because the attention to detail was just crazy and the best way possible. You get educated on how to take care of your skin. The things that you need to do to better improve it. And they suggest Amazing treatments to help you, target your problem areas. The front desk receptionist was so courteous so sweet so nice. I 100% will be going back to get another facial.
