Although I have never had the pleasure of visiting them, I have used their products on a daily basis during my career which are of high quality even though I have found a few items are out of specification in their catalogue which is only to be expected considering the number of makes and models catered for.
I found their part numbering system is excellent thereby enabling private customers to order a part from any motorcycle dealer in the UK and have assisted private customers with this online, mainly to assist them to obtain replacement ignition switches, many of which are now discontinued.

Sent them the top of a faulty battery as requested but they deny they got it ... followed their instructions to the letter now im out of pocket for a very expensive quad battery... im actually now back to using the old battery that it replaced which shows how long this battery lasted ... ive since found out that motobatt had a faulty batch of batteries which this company knows about so shame on you guys for ripping me off
