My mother law and visited this shop this last Friday for the first time. Francy and Lorraine were both very attentive, welcoming and helpful. They worked great as a team when things got busy. The fabric choices are unique and we wanted to buy it all lol. Prices are very reasonable and they did have a small clearance section. Very clean and very organized! They offer classes! They can service your sewing machine or sell you a new one! Go check them out! We will be back for sure!

This shop is like the little main street shops I remember as a girl. I expect messy and difficult to navigate when going into a fabric shop but this one feels like my sewing room. Bursting with fabrics and notions while being very well organized. The real difference is the astounding range of specialty products and tools they carry. I could never work here as I wouldn't have a paycheck when I went home! High quality fabrics and notions, cover worthy machines, and great staff. I'm hoping to one day have enough time to do a class there. The class members always seem so happy and knowledgeable and I really want to have the time one day to see what keeps them coming back every class.

This is a review of the repair man not the shop necessarily. I brought my machine in this spring because it kept jamming up. The guy fixed it and I went home and it jammed again. They have a 30 or 90 day guarantee (can't recall exact) and so I took it back in. The repair man was there and took a quick look while I waited. Once he was finished he told me to take a look (at the machine and the thread) and then said to me, "this is what you get for buying cheap thread on Amazon". I am not experienced on thread enough to know what is what, I just bought some not knowing there was a difference in quality (seriously!). When I learned to sew I was very young and as far as I remember all of the thread was good and I literally used the same thread until a few years ago when it started running out. His comment was an assumption and very rude. And I basically paid $100 to be told I need to buy better thread because there was nothing wrong with my machine when I took it in in the first place. Very unhappy and it's taken me a while to get the courage to post this. The shop seems fine but the repair guy needs a lesson on how to treat people.

Love this store and all that they offer. I bought a new sewing machine here this year, and was given excellent help in my selection. I followed up with one of their free classes for getting to know my machine - really a great class. Yay for perfect buttonholes 😁 This week I ordered extra bobbins from their online store and was super pleased with the quick shipping. Thank you so much Bernina Jeff and crew.

I'm super stoked that I signed up for the beginners class because I have a ton of confidence moving forward with my baby lock Jazz! After my first class with Trista, I was able to make a bag! I got a dinosaur to learn on, and I appreciate the owner's manual that was given to me since there had an extra.

Bernina Jeff was very helpful and friendly along with his staff. Store was very well stocked and maintained. Staff were very knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions. Had two machines serviced and the repairs were done quickly and for reasonable prices. Definitely will be bringing machines back next time they need fixing.
