These condos are very conveniently located, with a lot of things in walking distance of them. I've only ever been in the off season but it's really nice to explore at that time anyway. The rooms have full kitchens, which is also nice especially if you have a family who like to eat at all hours of the day.

The rec center is clean and quiet, with two hot tubs inside and a pool. Then there seemed to be a hot tub outside too, but it wasn't open because it's summer (probably.) There's a playground next to the rec center, and various walking trails too.

Wspaniałe miejsce, jeden z trzech najlepszych hoteli, w których mieszkaliśmy w czasie tego wyjazdu. To właściwie mieszkanie, wygodne, dobrze wyposażone. Bardzo czysto. Instrukcje do zameldowania i kontakt z właścicielem bardzo jasne i klarowne .

The location is nice, the bus comes right through so it is easy to get around. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The rec center is very pleasant and though the pool needed some maintenance while we were there it was quickly open and warm again. The TV in the rec center was missing its remote so you couldn't get the TV to work but there is a pool table, air hockey, and arcade games.

Great rates during the off-season. The unit in which we stayed had everything we needed including a kitchen. Not luxurious, but very nice for the rate. Very weather tight-no strong drafts like other ski condos where I have stayed. Great location from which to explore Colorado.

The condo has a big kitchen/family room with comfortable couches and a wood burning fireplace. It would sleep 4 adults and 4 kids in the three bedrooms alone. It also had new appliances, 2 HD wide screen TVs and marble countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would stay here again!

I was very impressed with the home like atmosphere of the condominium. from having all the accessories you could ever imagine including Dvds. Everything appears to be up to date and we were very happy with our stay

Stayed during the summer. Clean but dated. The creek and trails are a nice touch. The Recreation Center makes the place. The pool is indoors...new, nice and clean.

Decent rooms and location, next to a nice stream. There was no wifi that I could find access to, and a bar that had live music playing really loudly late into the night could be heard in our bedroom with all the windows closed.
