Just experienced customer service at its very best. Charlie, a professional bicycle mechanic now turned scooter mechanic, helped me put a tubeless tyre on the bike wheel of my scooter recently. Booking an appointment was super easy calling the afternoon before for a 10:30am slot the next morning. The scooter was fixed while I waited and Charlie gave the scooter a look over as part of the service. Pumping up the front tyre, tightening up the brakes and realigning the stem. It was a real pleasure meeting Charlie and his team. Whilst I waited I got a chance to ride Charlie’s full suspension e-scooter which was very nice and a very cool and smooth ride. Something for the future perhaps! As I ride the scooter with my son I also had some additional handlebars put on the scooter with flashing red lights for £20. Charlie also recommended a cover for the 'on button' so I got one of those as well. The shop is located at the back of Shepherd’s Bush Underground station and it’s very close to Westfield shopping centre so I popped in to buy some food for tonight. A very pleasant experience to have had my scooter fixed as well as to meet Charlie and his team. There are plans in the future for Charlie to expand the shop to start repairing bicycles. I highly recommend this shop and Charlie's expertise if you have any issues with your electric scooter. Excellent customer service and a huge range of products for electric scooters and very reasonable pricing which apparently hasn’t changed for the last three years. Bargain place.

Actually, I had problems with both of my scooter tires. So, I wanted them replaced with solid tires. I got my front tire fixed at a shop called West London e-scooter repair. This is not even a shop. That's just a scam. They fixed my tire the wrong way. So, with so much hope, I came to this place. He was very nice to me and professional at the same time. At first, he fixed my rear tire, but he also let me know that the front tire was put in the wrong way, and then he fixed my front tire too. I will recommend this shop to everyone without even thinking twice.

In the words of the late Tina turner "Simply the best" moved here from the old address. I must admit, Charlie is the heart of this place. Very friendly lad, keen to help. I felt like I was talking to a friend rather than a shop owner. Highly recommend and extremely knowledgeable for anything scooter related.

Really nice guy - Charlie, friendly and helpful, it is unusual to find this in London.
Good price and service while I waited.
Charged £40 for a replacement solid tyre for my Xioami 365 Pro - a bargain!
Highly recommended.

Today i was in the 82 Goldhawk round w12 8ha to repair my bicycle for tires patching he took £15 For repair I gave him after one hour I came back He said ready .I ride my bicycle after 10 minutes the tires again Needs Patching, I return them back to him he repaired again but he said, if you return back again, you will pay £15 again but he don’t know how to repair it I never ever met such kind man cheating customer after 20 minute again the tires needs patching I return back to him but this shop was closed everyone must aware this guy he don’t know how to repair I don’t know how The government Gave him license to work fixing Tires is simple job but two times failed to repair so those who gave him good comments I wonder becomes this guy not only failed to repair tiers his behaviour with customer is not good I recommended everyone to look other place

I had my scooter tyre changed here and the service was outstanding. I’d tried to change the tyre myself to no avail, despite spending hours on it and buying tools just for the job. After bringing it into the store my tyre was fixed within 5 mins! The shop owner was also extremely nice and helpful

Honestly one of the best E scooter repair shops in London. I’ve been there twice excellent customer services he done the job quickly they take cash & card
The first time I went was to get non punctures tyres on the front wheel and rear. 2nd time I went was to get my brakes changed and rear mudguard fitted on. He also done some extras and gave me a few waterproof accessories. Its honestly one of the best E scooters repairs shops and if you don’t believe me go for yourself to find out. One thing I would say is Google maps doesn’t take you outside the shop so you may get lost but the shop is located behind co op
