Terrible experience. I used them for two separate, minor projects. Since they charge by the hour, they inflate their time by 3 to 4 hours to milk their price heavily. Always stopping, taking random breaks. Secondly, they cut off my water shut off valves to my bathroom sink and would not replace it without another large hourly rate plus supplies. Never using this service again.

Great company to do business with.
Same day estimate and they were at my house 3 days later. They did a very professional job replacing old metal pipes. Even dug up the pipes outside,tied it to main pipe.
I recommend them to anyone needs plumbing work.

When my outside A/C unit stopped working I called Henry Eashum & Son at 8am the technician Dwayne came by 9:30am so that was quick. Dwayne checked everything out and found that the wires between the house and the A/C unit were exposed so he replaced that section of wire but due to the wires shorting out caused the thermostat to not work.
With a new thermostat the A/C is up and running.

My sister is staying at our dad's house after he passed away suddenly March 31 2022 . She ended up running the oil out. It's for hot water and heat and went through 2022-2023 without it. I called Kent oil and had 100 gallons of oil delivered and the Eashum went to check out the heater. They changed the nozzle and fired it up , its now up and running as of March 9th 2024. Very reasonable price and very fast service!

Repair was a leaking water pipe in the crawlspace. The plumber and his assistant arrived on time. They were courteous, and did excellent 5-star work. BUT...the billing was ridiculously high. Beware. Charged for 2 and 1/2 hours plus parts at $150 per hour when 30 minutes of that time was spent allegedly going to Lowes for special cleaner for the pipe? Why wouldn't a plumber have the parts necessary to do the job? Another 25 minutes of that time was "waiting for the glue to dry" before turning the water back on. Maybe my fault for not questining earlier but I really needed a fix because our regular plumber had the nerve to retire without consulting us.

I called this morning at 800am my air conditioning was not working by 10.30am it was working .Thankyou so much .I would give more stars .Eashum also put my new furnace in this past spring .Wonderful customer service .Thank you
