We talked about putting up a pavilion to provide relief from the sun for a couple of years and finally did research on the internet to obtain at least 3 estimates and went with H2O Designs, based on conversations with Jeff and customer reviews. Michael came over to measure and view our space and provide options and recommendations. We selected outside lighting and eagerly awaited the start date. The crew and Jeff did an excellent job and we could not be more pleased with our new outdoor space! I would highly recommend this company to turn your vision into reality!! We can hardly wait for the winter season to end to buy outdoor new outdoor furniture and complete landscaping! Thank you H2O Designs!!

We got our wood deck replaced with composite deck. H20 gave us an estimate and we went with them because we trusted them as they have done beautiful work for us before. H20 is wonderful to work with when everything is going good but as soon as a problem comes up then that’s when trouble starts. There was some things on the deck that needed to be fixed and touched up so we asked Jeff to come out and meet with us and he told my husband on the phone “I know your type, as soon as you get the final bill then you start finding problems “. So after the phone call he came to meet with us and the deck builder, he was combative and argumentative about everything. He told us we were just being picky. And my husband and him argued the whole time he was there. He was very unprofessional and all we wanted was for the deck to be fixed. We did not want no money back or a discount , we wanted the deck fixed. We paid $95,000 for this deck so yes we wanted it to look spectacular. When Jeff was here to look at the deck he said it looks great to him and sees nothing wrong with it, he wouldn’t acknowledge not even 1 thing. He did send the deck builder back out to fix a few things but not all. They ignored most of the stuff we asked to be fixed and never emailed or called to see if we were ok with the repairs. It was very hurtful for someone to tell you that you are just being picky when you had legitimate things that just needed to be fixed. Very disappointed that it turned out this way. But lesson learned. The photos below are just some of the things that are wrong. Missing clips, screwed holes in board and reused the same board and old holes still there.
