Lovely place to live if you don’t care about your health and wellbeing. I was there for close to 7 years and couldn’t wait to get out. The ceiling in my bedroom collapsed a few years ago and I lost all of my personal belongings including my bed. I was luckily not in the room at the time, and my dogs managed to get out of that room just in time otherwise they would have been seriously hurt or even killed. Keep this in mind if you have animals as well and or small children. The maintenance guy’s response while cleaning up, “oh yeah that’s pretty common here for that to happen”. The company managed to weasel their way out of giving me anything to replace all of my lost belongings with their insurance, and I was left paying out of pocket to get all new belongings and sleeping on the couch for two years fearing it would happen again. While moving out we discovered the back of all of the closets were covered in black mold that also contaminated a lot of our clothing which then needed to be thrown away. Keep this in mind if you’re a current resident and are feeling ill and can’t understand why. You’re lucky if the HVAC filters are changed even once a year when it should be done every few months. It was not done the entire length of Covid. We were refused our security deposit check back due to the house “smelling bad like animals/ animal damage”, and floors needed to be chlorined and resealed, when we were already told during their “move out inspection” everything was fine and we’d be getting the money back. We were there for close to 7 years and told carpeting is replaced after 5 years, that was never done. They’re worried about the animal smell but not the mice issue they have, or the flies and ants that infest the places in the summer. The maintenance men were always pleasant and helpful, but the women in the front office are rude and lazy. Christine the manager, has absolutely no business managing that place. She is lazy, unorganized, and doesn’t know what’s going on there most of the time. You will get a hard time and an email for their being dog poop in the yards, but they will do nothing about all of the dogs there going around off leash. It constantly wreaks of weed, there are always cars abandoned in the parking lots for months and months at a time taking up parking spots, lawn maintenance is not kept up with in the summers, outside lights don’t work most of the time. You will get lots of emails, but no rules are ever enforced and everyone basically does whatever they want there. The place seemed to really go down hill when the other manager left. Keep all of this in mind while you are paying thousands of dollars in rent each month for a mold, mice, bug infested home where the ceiling may also collapse on you at anytime.

Well this is my first negative review. I have been asking for a new screen sliding door that actually locks since I moved in here 2 years ago. To date I am on my 4th request.. The maintenance is usually very good but I don’t understand why they haven’t replaced or fixed the screen door yet, It’s a safety issue!

I wrote the below a year ago and I can still say the same thing. I love it here! It’s clean, the office is amazing, maintenance is great, trash collection is on time. The rent is a little high but you get what you pay for. highly recommend it here!

This place is great! The ladies in the office are great. My leasing agent Christine has been amazing and so helpful since day one. They actually answer their phone here unlike other places where you get an answering service and you never get a call back. I have only been here two days and I am so impressed. I had a door lock issue and maintenance was here within an hour. Highly recommend Greenville 141.

I am very please with this community, it’s quiet and well kept. I was able to get prompt service for a couple things the apartment needed ,when I moved in . The staff is very pleasant. I enjoy living here.

Going on our 11th year here at Greenville on 141.
Some say when you find a good thing, don't change it.
We started in a two bedroom flat, and upgraded to the three bedroom townhome. It is so quiet here, even though 141 is on the outskirts, our town home is nuzzled back in a cul-de-sac with only neighbors on either side.
With your own private entrance and your own porch, it's hard to imagine that these are rentals and natural very own townhome.
The office staff is very attentive to your needs including maintenance.
Everyone in the community stays to themselves and you never hear of any violence or see any police activity in this community, ever.
We will likely stay here until they make us leave lol.

I have always had great experiences with Greenville and the Maintenance men are the best and quick to fix any maintenance situations the residents may have. Very safe, quiet and clean neighborhood as well. Plus, several convenience stores nearby. I love my Greenville!!!
