I was very pleased with Christian's work. This was the second time he serviced an electric issue in my house. Both times he fixed the problem promptly. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. And he was pleasant.

Jason Bacon was scheduled to check out my air conditioning before the summer season. He did a great job checking out the system and made recommendations to keep my unit up to ultimate performance.
The next day my heating unit would not start so Jason was sent back to diagnose what was wrong with the heater. Jason had his thoughts on what was the problem but to be 100% sure contacted Steve White, a seasoned HVAC tech with 35 years of experience. Steve arrived and confirmed Jason’s diagnosis. My 6 year old Goodman furnace needed an igniter and furnace fan. It’s a shame they can’t build things to last, but both Steve and Jason overdo the part and the day it came in, they installed it.
Throughout the ordeal Jason was there. Jason even offered to give me his private phone number in case I had problems over the weekend.
I can’t say enough good things about both of them. Farr is luckily to have the both of them on their payroll. Great effort, repair went as planed and quoted price was what I paid.
I would highly recommend both of them! If I could give a 10 out of 5, I would.

We've had issues with a GCFI outlet in our bathroom for months and Christian Ellsworth was the electrician that was sent for our appointment and he did a fantastic job! He was courteous, easy to work with, and worked quickly. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because the appointment was rescheduled twice and the second time, the appointment window was 1PM-5PM and they called me at 453PM (7 minutes before the end of the window) to tell me they weren't going to be able to make it. We still plan to use F.H. Furr again in the future.

Nick is an excellent representative of your company. He was friendly, helpful
and knowledgeable. David was friendly as well, thorough and extremely helpful. We appreciate his help in navigating this situation. Both of these gentlemen are great representatives of your company. Albert did a great job installing our new furnace. They hit a bit if a snag but it was handled professionally and with great care. Albert definitely is a person that goes above beyond for his customers.

Awesome company. Zach and Zach were both knowledgeable and extremely thorough. They walked me through the entire process and explained things in a simple manner and even cross referenced pricing and upgrades etc to reassure me that I was in fact getting what I needed. They truly are one of the few companies out there that actually take care of the customer versus worrying about their bottom line and profits. 10/10 would use them again and I highly recommend them for anyone who is expecting superior customer service paired with expert technical results.

Nicholas is likely one the best tradesmen with such a keen customer service awareness that I’ve dealt with this year and in quite sometime actually. This young man is going places! While today’s request did not entail Nicholas’ hands on expertise nor that of his able helper, Jack but I will say this dynamic duo was certainly up for the challenge. I was duly impressed with their work acumen, professionalism, ability to communicate professional and also personable level. These gentlemen exuded confidence and honesty. Attributes that are becoming rarer in today’s business world that is reduced “just pay me”! Thank you, Nicholas and Jack, for your time outstanding customer service.

I called this morning for a leaking faucet and valve. They said someone would call when they were on the way. It wasn't 1/2 hour and they called. Lawrence Grose and his partner were the most pleasant technicians. They introduced themselves and asked me to confirm my issues. After looking over everything, they told me all that they found, suggested what would need to be done, answered all of my questions, and gave me an estimate. They fixed everything. They were quiet and very well mannered. They worked well as a team and were very efficient. I am so pleased with the work they did. I would recommend F H Furr to everyone. Thank you guys, well done!!

Want to give my thanks to Jason Long for the outstanding job that he performed for us on a water heater replacement to a tankless Rinnai system. He had a few problems but he was knowledgeable and persistent to where he was able to find out what the problem was, he came out to next day to finish up the job by removing and replacing the vent system that he determined was the cause of the problems. The vent system that was on the house was not compatible with the system. He was determined to making sure the system worked as advertised and he did just that. Jason was very friendly and courteous at all times and show respect for our needs. Jason thanks for a job well done. We were blessed that you were the technician sent to fix the problem we were having! Thanks again, God Bless
