I can't believe these guys. They were hired by my mother to do some work at her house in a quiet little retirement village in Dover called Wild Meadows. I happened to be there as 2 guys from the company were doing the job. 1 of the guys (the foreman), was high out of his mind on drugs. I watched him a few times go to sit in the truck, look around suspiciously, and do what appeared to be shoot up with a needle. He could be diabetic, but I highly doubt it. I've taught high school math in south Philly, so I know what I am talking about. He was high. I watched as the foreman made his ethnic partner do all the work. My mother said, "Oh, they were recommended by the neighborhood committee." It is my job to protect her. She is elderly. I am going to make sure they never step one foot around my mothers house again. The owner claims that they do background checks, and drug tests on their employees. I highly doubt it. The owner, Mark looks like a criminal himself with tattoos all over his arms. His wife reeked heavily of marijuana when she showed up at my mothers house to look at some plants. These people claim to be professionals? Really? Use them at your own risk. There is a reason that their prices are so low. If your looking to hire a real professional landscape company in the Dover, De area, try JT Landscaping. You'll be better off.

Worst experience I ever had with a landscape service. I will never hire them again. Two workers came to my home to do a trim and clean-up. I caught one of them peering into my bedroom window, and I was literally two seconds away from calling the police. My husband left a pair of pliers on our back deck that disappeared while this crew was here. My husband also inspected their work, and discovered that they tried to hide all the debris under the fresh mulch that they put down, and didn't even weed properly. I wish I could post pictures here to show everyone, but I have never seen such shoddy work done in my life. I actually looked up these reviews after this company did our job, and I took the previous reviewers advice and called JT landscaping. The funny thing is that the person I spoke to at JT Landscaping told me that they are getting all kinds of prior Falcon Landscape customers. I learned my lesson, and I hope others read this review so they don't get duped like we did from this rip-off company.

Very nice work. Delayed a couple of times with late Spring rain, and more rain.

Nice touch was Mark's calls to let me know what was going on and when they expected to be able to finish up.

It's also impressive that a service company would ask for feedback. Shows they'd like to have you back as a repeat customer. It worked here!
