The true measure of how well a business preforms is not only when everything goes well but when things don't. In this case a Leeson motor I purchased through Electric Motor Wholesale, arrived badly damaged Bent base and seized shaft, due to inferior packing by Leeson. I called expecting a hassle but EMW was very friendly & helpful they got me a replacement in just 3 days! That's great service, I will certainly do business with them again.

Ordered online. Great customer service and prices. Got my motor in great condition. Only complaint would be the weird package tracking system on their website. I would rather have my UPS tracking number up front but I'm happy with my order nonetheless 👍

I am very disappointed with the service from this company. The sellers, all very nice, put you at ease when shopping over the phone and reassure you that if you have difficulty installing it, they can guide you through each step without any problem. Unfortunately, this is not the case! After receiving my order I realize that I was tricked, the part is not compatible and none of their team members are able to help me install it as planned! I was simply pushed to buy a part worth several hundred dollars to finally put it in the trash! The worst part of my experience is that their customer service simply told me to find a solution by myself and refused to take back my part order not even being open only 4 days after receipt!! BE CAREFUL THEY CLAIM TO BE EXPERTS BUT THEY ARE NOT.

I ordered a part from EMW and when I got the shipping notice they had inputted the incorrect zip code. Should have been an ez fix but despite me sending them the original invoice with the correct address Carl would not accept responsibility and cancelled my order because he was upset that I proved the mistake was on them. I would suggest not buying from them.

Good price, HORRIBLE delivery. I order on 20 November, my card was charged on 24 November (they shouldn't charge until they ship, certainly not weeks in advance). The motor shipped on 23 December and is scheduled to arrive on 3 January. So much for it being a Christmas present and using on the holiday.
I called on 6 December to find out why there was a delay and a rude employee said it was on back order and I should have read my email. I triple checked and never received an email about it being on back order. The website never showed it on back order or a delay in shipping.
Over all this has not been a pleasant experience and I will spend my money with another establishment.

As I stated, I triple checked for an email from Electric Motor Wholesale (after contacting them on the phone because there hadn't been any communication from them) about the status of my order and I didn't receive an email notification. They claim an email was sent but I didn't receive one. I am not sure what to say. I can say it has taken 6 months for Electric Motor Wholesale to respond to a 1 star rating, this can't all be blamed on an employee that supported phone calls and has now been fired. Again, customer service is NOT the highest priority. I am just warning other potential customers that delivery and service were abismal even though the price was great.
If you don't have product in stock, then state that on your website. In my opinion the customer shouldn't be funding "drop ship from the factory" where thier money is held hostage for months by Electric Motor Wholesale and they can't even give an estimated ship date. I am glad I actually received the motor and didn't lose over $500.00 on the deal.

Ordered a part via this company & came across an issue. Delt with Megan (it was spelt different) via the chat function on their website. Not only was she quick to respond (it was a real person) but she found my order & sent me instructions to rectify the issue, which saved us conciderible time & money. Will use this company again.

Revised review. Good pricing and selection. Have bought several times. Easy to get stock information. Only glitch so far was a motor lost in transit that had to be replaced. Will definitely use again.
