Took my truck there for an estimate. They said the estimate would be done the next day. I waited 2 days and called them. He said he was real busy can I wait till Tuesday, now this was after 2 days of waiting and Tuesday was 4 more working days away. I said okay just please have the estimate done. So I called on Tuesday The woman in the office said he was actually physically on the truck when I called. I called at the end of the day and no estimate. The woman promised me she would corral the person as soon as he walked in on Wed. morning. Guess what I went to pick the truck up and bring it to someone else and they still hadn't done the estimate.
People who stall, not to loose work, only hurt their reputation and cost the customer a lot of money because the truck is down and not making any.
If he would have told me it would take a week just for an estimate I would be writing about an honest guy who has the customer's back.
Another thing: Picture the inside of your car dealers (ford,Mazda, Chevy, BMW) work area notice how clean. Now picture the complete opposite filthy. That is the inside of DP Hydraulics.

Very old pump and assembly. Nobody knew what solenoid was on it. The minute I walked into Deer Park hydraulics, Kenny called 1 of the guys over and said doesn't This valve just look like such and such a solenoid valve. They matched it up, got me going in 2 days, bench tested it and sent me on my way. My hydraulic lift in my shop is now functional again. These guys Are great and honest. Greg B L.I. New York.
