State Farm has been the best insurance. Definitely opt into getting the drive safe and save because you will be saving a lot of money! The best part of state farm tho is the people and Christin has truly been the absolute best! She is so kind and patient and will explain any questions or issues you may have.

Today I had the best!! Experience with customer care not to be confused with service only. How you care for a customer is very intimate. Helping the customer to feel understood and going to extra mile to be personable and relatable is an art of customer "care" along with accomplishing the goal! I asked her name and still for got but it's 3:30pm central and she is the only female in the office to take the calls. I'm sorry but she also sent this link...Christin!!! Yes, thank you !!

I am Gravely concerned that this office does not answer the phone. I called last week left a message for a return call to no avail. I went by the office yesterday told agent was going to see a client. I was treated like I am not a client. I am beyond disappointed with the unwillingness of this office to assist. I need help with fence repair every excuse made notbto help and assist. They have had no problems

Davis was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Our whole experience was great . We switched to State Farm and got a much better rate on our homeowners and car insurance . Davis even informed us of some benefits on our homeowners that were included that I had never got from another insurance company. Highly recommend.
