I had a flat and the Grand Police called Dave’s to come and change it. They were there within 20 minutes which is unusual for a tow truck. The driver couldn’t get the stupid aluminum lugs off so he had to tow it to my house. He came back the next day with a different tool and changed my tire. I was so excited to have this fixed I didn’t get his name. But thank you so much nice gentleman for being a man of your word. That doesn’t happen often enough.

Quickly showed up after I had a bad tire blowout near Arlington Dallas area on I -30 in middle of bad rush hour traffic. John saved me a lot of trouble. Turned a big problem into a small one. Got me to Discount Tire quickly before they closed at 6pm. Whole ordeal under 1.5 hrs and back on road w new tire. Thank you very much John and Dave’s Wrecker Service!

The company I work the driver made the mistake of illegally parking the truck was impounded, the driver then quit the company leaving the truck @ Hi-Way's Wrecker lot, They when above and beyond to get the truck and trailer taken to the Freightliner dealer, when they arrived at the dealer there was no space for the trailer so instead of more headache and
stress they offered to deliver the equipment to another dealer with the space for it. I would highly recommend this tow service to anyone in the Dallas area, THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK AND EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

If you value your safety, steer clear of Dave’s Hi-Way Wrecker. One of their drivers not only cut me off in traffic but also had the audacity to hit my vehicle! It seems “Hi-Way” stands for “Highway to Hell” because that’s exactly where they belong. Their reckless behavior and utter disregard for other motorists are outrageous. To top it off, there’s zero accountability from their side. If you’re looking for a wrecker service that treats you like roadkill, Dave’s Hi-Way Wrecker is your go-to. Absolute disgrace! Justice needs to be served!
