I bought a used 2019 Chevy Blazer from Dan Cummins in Paris. I was hesitate to add on the Liquid Diamond Package, but after I picked up my vehicle I was very pleased with the final product. This is not your run of the mill dealership detail. This ceramic is the real deal, my car looks brand new inside and out again. This is another way that Dan Cummins seperates them from the competition.

Well, it looked good when I picked it up. The level of service and treatment left me disappointed. After the first week I went to wash my vehicle and it's like they didn't put any coating on the paint. No beading, no sheeting, and looks like bare paint. Found areas that weren't buffed and definitely not coated. I paid lots of money for the protection and it's worse than the cheapest wax you can use. Was hoping for better.

Car looks great and they fixed some small problem areas. They also did a great job with the interior. Really happy with the results.

Edit: ONE YEAR UPDATE - It’s been a year since I got this done. I added a current picture for everyone. As you can see, the ceramic is still doing its job and beading water. It’s definitely not as intense as when it was first done but still good. I don’t use harsh chemicals when washing and use Grot’s Ceramic Boosting Spray every other wash for extra protection. Still very happy with the service but I don’t see the coating last a full 5 years. It will probably need redone in the next year or two. Still a big shout out to the crew who worked on it, paint still looks great which is very hard on a black vehicle.

The Liquid Diamond team did such an amazing job on my truck. It shines like a new diamond! I am speechless!! I have upgraded seat covers in my truck, they went above & beyond cleaning these covers without me taking them out!! I can’t say enough or recommend the Liquid Diamond Team enough!!

I took my truck to Dan Cummins liquid diamond shop to have them do my truck last Saturday and they scratched both of my mirrors on my truck. I called them and left a message to tell them that the mirrors were scratched after I noticed it on my way home and left my number and they still haven’t called me back and today is Tuesday. This is a new 2021 Ram that i just purchased from Dan Cummins in Paris a few months ago . They gave me the option free to Get the Liquid diamond on my truck. I wish now i had declined the offer. The mirrors were fine when i took there to get it done.
They called me back right after this review. I still haven’t had a chance to take the truck back as they requested as I work away from home. Hopefully I can get it back and they will make it right.

I had the liquid diamond detail completed. I was extremely disappointed. They lost a piece off my console, seats were soaking wet, windows had so much condensation it got all over the dashboard. There was no customer service. It was like an assembly line..no personal attention. I was told I had a goodie bag with some product but there was no bag. No one explained the process beginning or end. It was just disappointing for as much as I paid.
