The door was locked at 1pm but the sign said open. The lady who answered the door was very rude. She rudely said they are at lunch, which I couldn't have known. She asked what we wanted so we showed her a part and told her what we were looking for and she snatched it out of our hand. Gave us a big attitude and said they couldn't help us. Very unprofessional. Will never do business here.

I wish there was a negative star or 0 star option! My husband and I went to see if they would be able to help us get a part and the man was so rude and disrespectful. Do not do business with these people. They didn't care and they weren't kind by any means.

Dropped my four wheeler brake lines off to be rebuilt at the beginning of the week and spoke to Devon, he said it would be the end of the week before they were done which was completely understandable. I still did not hear anything from Dallas Hydraulics by the beginning of the next week and showed up Tuesday morning to find out Devon was not there and hadn’t told anyone that my lines were in the building, nor had he started to build them. I was then told they would be done by Thursday only to get called Wednesday saying they won’t be done because no one knows when Devon would show back up to build them. Rex and the woman that work up there were very apologetic and understanding about the whole situation but after a week and a half without my lines being built and no idea when they would be done I’m taking my business to B&J hydraulics.
