We like this CVS. The pharmacy staff, especially Julian, are so helpful and patient. Every employee in the store has been friendly and they usually have what we are looking for.

After submitting a prescription refill online and not hearing back, I called to request a status update. It was only then, after I contacted them, that I was informed that because of some "nation wide system update" all prescriptions for federally scheduled medications were flagged for review (I suspect this is connected to the current DOJ lawsuit against CVS for their role in the opioid crisis). CVS claimed to have reached out to my prescriber and to be waiting for a response. When I called my prescriber, however, I was told that they had received no such contact from CVS (I trust my doctor a lot more than CVS, I should note). When I called CVS back, they claimed to be "still waiting on a response from the prescriber." Needless to say, I have transferred the prescription to a different pharmacy, in the hope that they will actually let me know when there is an issue with my prescription and be honest with me about what the issue is. This doesn't seem like too much to ask of an industry that expects its customers' trust.

I didn’t have any problem with this CVS until I met the cashier Michael. He didn’t look happy, came with an attitude, and he didn’t want to respect customer’s shopping preferences. I personally hate plastic bags because they are terrible for the environment, and prefer to used a paper box instead of bags. Michael tossed my paper box for items, told me that my paper box is trash, and wrapped my items in plastic bags. He also told me people are satisfied with plastic bags. Shame of the store. A cooperation like this should care more about the environment than ordinary people. Therefore, the way Michael behaved shouldn’t be tolerated.

Aside from the novel receipts CVS is the best, at least in Tucson my experience has been so superior vs Walgreens. I can purchase the majority of my necessary supplements on my HSA and the folks are as helpful as can be. Considering moving my prescriptions here as Costco can be a lot when your just picking up a prescription.

The best CVS in town. I've been using this pharmacy for 4-5 years, and every single pharmacist that has come through has been kind, competent, and very patient. The pharmacy tech staff is also extremely experienced and capable. My compliments to the management and the top tier service provided.

First time at this CVS. Susan helped me out with my prescription. She was wonderful. Went above and beyond to help. This is a woman who really cares about people. This is rare these days. I usually go to the CVS down the road in Target. Not anymore. Everyone in this CVS is efficient and hard working. But Susan is the star. I work in health care and she deserves praise and a raise. DO NOT LOSE your gem.

I picked up two new meds today and there are no instructions on the labels. I spoke with the pharmacist who told me that they can’t print instructions on the label if the instructions are over 100 characters and that I must get the directions from the bulky brochure that comes with each med. I threw those away - who keeps those things? I don’t think it’s a safe practice to dispense medication into a container that is so easily separated from its instructions. I hope this can be remedied because we oldsters need simplification, not complication.
