Custom Interior & Design helped us with the majority of our finishes in our new build home, which was a HUGE job. They did all the trim work throughout the house, the kitchen cabinets, a mud room built-in, our master closet cabinets/shelving, cabinet/counter in our laundry room, the treads/spindles/railing for our main staircase and a smaller portion of our downstairs staircase, 4 bathroom vanities, all tile work for 4 bathrooms including showers, and all countertops for the kitchen and 4 bathrooms. The end result is incredible! I absolutely love the quality of everything completed. Tyler really helped throughout the process from helping with design elements to helping us make changes when our budget got tight to fixing problems as they arose. During the process, since it was such a big job, we did have a few miscommunications, but Tyler did his best to make sure we were completely satisfied throughout the job. Our main “complaint” was the time it took to finish some aspects of the job. We had a few times we had to push other subcontractors back because things were not completed when we expected them to be. However, the quality was worth the wait!

Edit: hired CIaD again in 2024 for a replacement of an ugly built in. I'm so pleased with the new cabinet, and the island.

Bought an old house with sketchy small bathrooms. Despite some questionable past choices, they managed to turn out to very nice bathrooms for me. 1. Saved and repainted the vanity and medicine cabinet new tile, new lights. 2. Saved floor tile. Everything else is new. Tyler built a new vanity overnight to replace the child size ugly one.
There were some serious problems. Including mold and no vent in one of the bathrooms. They problem solved all of the not so great issues and I now have two beautiful functional bathrooms.

Tyler and his team renovated are outdated kichen . He help us create the vision we wanted . If there was ever a problem someone addressed it immediately and it was taken care of . I was very happy with the service . I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen.

Tyler and crew remodeled our kitchen from wall to wall and it was a great experience. It's probably one of the more stressful home improvement jobs you can take on but the team was fast and were really responsive. They helped us with design choices for almost everything. Would definitely recommend.

Glen and Tyler Lauzier built and installed our custom kitchen and bathroom cabinets in Sandisfield, Mass over 10 years ago. They look the same today as they did the day they finished their work. We used custom paint finishes and some were even made to look antique. The project came together wonderfully and they finished it on time and within budget.
