We have been here just over a month. I enjoy the convenience of this location. The staff are responsive and polite; specifically Omar - he is in maintenance and was super friendly. They recently power washed our stairwells and outside areas which was very needed and I'm so happy for this! (my previous Apt in Smyrna never did this), so GOOD JOB Chapel Ridge! My neighbors are nice. Just fyi -- this is a very um, "420 friendly" neighborhood; it's not my thing (but I love to open my windows for fresh air) --so we burn lots of candles to counter the smells LOL. You know when you live in an apartment community it is to be expected there will be noises at times but nothing has caused what I would call "alarm" at this time. The only complaint (or "frustration" might be more fitting term) is the workout room is closed at night (when it's most convenient for us) due to unruly teens doing things they shouldn't have. With keyfob access, I would simply restrict those members/family units for a probation period. This is a very diverse community as well -- various ethnicities, ages, etc. It is very well lit here so I don't feel unsafe walking in/out at night. Anyways, overall - so far, so good. Hoping it stays that way. ♥

I'm enjoying my new apartment. The process of becoming a tenant was smooth. Friendly staff and my neighbors are chill. My family and I hope to spend years here.

Save your time and money. This is the worst place in Gallatin. Not a safe place for your children with all the shootings and gangs activity. Charge you extra late fee even if you have confirmation that you paid. They only allow you one key regardless if you have kids of age. I’ve seen roaches and mice so BEWARE!!!

Let’s see if the crime and other stuff wasn’t going on maybe I would leave a 5 star. But with the new cameras and ext I still don’t feel safe here. But that’s my opinion. I don’t even feel safe walking my dog at night time. We really should have a officer that can patrol or something. And all the cars that drive so fast around the complex is ridiculous since I have small children. And a lot of other stuff that I would love to say but it would be a long review. I like where I live bc the people I’m around but that’s about it. I love the maintenance team Josh and Omar they’re very nice! And they always get stuff done right and always seem to have a solution to the problem. But that’s about it. 😅 Only live here if you want to look over your shoulder at night. Not safe to me.

Since my last review was taken down ! This is an awful place to live. When I first moved in my apartment was infested with roaches, toilets didn’t work oven didn’t work and fridge. Mind you they were suppose to fix these things well they didn’t. Mold was in the master bedroom bathroom. I just didn’t use that bathroom at all but continue to pay rent FULL PRICE STILL AFTER TELLING LANDLORD. I managed to live there a year in October. It’s funny how the landlord didn’t remind me it time to update my lease when I called about why was my rent so high. Brandi responded oh you haven’t renewed your lease that’s her job to letters on the door before renewal date. I tell Brandi I will be moving out end of the month of November. I was out before the 1st of December and still changed a month for rent. That’s crazy. No she’s no help and the people in Nashville doesn’t answer either. Save your time and money

These apartments are nice great location an always friendly folks around. The units are nice well taken care of an great maintenance crew. They have multiple dumpsters near all buildings so it's easy and convenient to run your trash out. The dumpsters use to stay full but here lately they seem to be getting emptied more often an added an additional dumpster just incase it's needed. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. If your looking for a nice apartment at a great price then this place is worth checking out. Thanks for your time.
