Went to go buy a new car and had such a pleasant experience. Kyle was a pleasure to work with. We were in between the Hyundai Santa Fe and the Kia Sorento. Kyle had us test drive both. It was so nice being able to see both models at the same dealership. Once we decided on the Santa Fe, Kyle worked quickly and diligently to get our deal done. Everyone at the dealership was very kind. I am very happy with my new Santa Fe! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone. The people there treat you with respect and kindness.

I came in late November 2024 to look for a newer vehicle. My intention was a Toyota Camry, however I drove off with another make, which I really liked. Rick Robertson, my salesman did a GREAT job, communicated well and was very professional. He did such an excellent job that he sold me the car although going in was not my intention to purchase, only to LOOK. He allowed me to test drive, still no pressure to purchase from him, which I appreciated. I'm grateful for Rick. My father was with me and also had a positive feeling regarding Rick and my selection. All of that aside, and no fault to Rick..... Carolina Hyundai needs to work on the detailing of their vehicles before they place them on the lot for sale. I am disappointed to discover I'm going to have to have my car detailed. (I have a second vehicle, therefore I rarely drive my new purchase, which is possibly why these issues were not noticed all at once. )The interior cleaning was basically a vacuuming. The car smelled of smoke and leather, the leather odor is to be expected, but there should have been a remedy for the smoke smell. I've since had to use a coffee scented car deodorizer to rid that odor which has helped a lot. However, upon further inspection, there were crumbs left in the cup holder of the rear seats, front seat cup holders had a sticky substance. Whomever had this vehicle prior to me was an obvious slob. Due to the dark color of my seats, at first sight, the numerous stains were undetectable in the rear. I did ask Rick to have them clean the passenger side seat which had a white circular stain and he obliged and they recleaned (or cleaned for the first time) both front seats. I am not certain what cleanser they used but the stains on the drivers seat have remained. Eventually, I may have to get seat covers, which sucks because the seats are very nice with a red tuxedo stitching. I will be honest, to my dismay, the rear seats are filthy, there are small white spots along with huge stains. Also, the front console was not cleaned, neither were the visor mirrors nor the touch screen. It's a bit unsettling to purchase a vehicle from a dealership, and still have to pay money to have work done which should have been done by the employees responsible for detailing the vehicles.

First time purchasing a new car! Simon and Shane were able to find me a car fast and easy and at an unbeatable price! Larry was excellent when showing us all the features about the car and all of the perks that some with being a customer there, like their complimentary services! Emmanuel got through the finance process quickly and was knowledgeable about all of the additional warranties for purchase without trying to push anything on us. Thank you to all of the staff there! It was a wonderful experience that has been very lengthy and stressful at other dealerships I have dealt with. I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Every person that we met at this dealership was very pleasant and helpful. Very welcoming. Normally, I would rather have a root canal than go through the process of negotiating a price and buying a new car. No sales pressure here. When I first purchased my car and the garage door to the facility freakishly slammed shut, taking them a few hour to get it out....that should have been my sign to not purchase this car. 100,000 mile warranty and home of the "lifetime" power train warranty is what sold me. However, there are a few clauses they do not mention. The experience of buying the car was actually enjoyable, I absolutely can not lie. But, when it comes to getting the car serviced, I am immensely disappointed. There are a couple of things you must know. It may be 2-3 weeks before being able to schedule your car for simple maintenance, not to mention if any work is needed. Secondly, if your car has a repair that is needed and the estimated time is greater than 3 days, you have to go on a waiting list that is at least 2-4 weeks out. This includes if your car is not safe to drive. Third and definitely not the least, communication is very poor. If there was a delay, whether the carpart hasn't come in, additional troubleshooting is needed, or they are backed up... not once did I received a call letting me know even if i called multiple times. I am livid. I'm out of a lot of money because I have to rent a car and the only thing said and done was a sorry "sorry".
