I contacted Cambridge Audio by email about one of my ear phones having a faulty battery about 12 months and two weeks after the purchase. They responded within 15 minutes, They asked me to try a few things which I had already done. They asked me to fill in an online form, I received a new pair of earphones before 11am the next day! Quite simply the best customer service possible. Can't praise them enough.

Had a pair of Melomania earbuds and the case stopped charging after about 18 months. I contacted Cambridge to see if there was anything I could do and they immediately replaced it with a brand new pair . More impressively I received the new pair two days after my first contact online. Really first class customer service.

Great customer service. I had an issue with a product, many years after I purchased the product. Cambridge Audio were happy to help me with this and resolved the issue, despite how long it was since I purchased the product. Very happy with the service. I recently experienced a performance issue with a pair of earbuds. I contacted customer services and the level of support received was fantastic, receiving a response almost immediately and during a bank holiday weekend as well!
My issue was dealt with very efficiently and I would not hesitate to buy further products and recommend Cambridge Audio products to others.

Bought Melomania 1+ wireless headphones which were great until an issue arose with the right earbud. After troubleshooting without success using the steps on the very helpful Cambridge Audio website, Customer Service issued a no quibble replacement set. Hopefully there'll be no issues with the replacements. Trustworthy company, easy to deal with and (when working), excellent product.

Ordered their Bluetooth Melomania+ headphones as I had the previous version and loved them. Sound is superb for a great price. I did have an issue with one earphone shutting down for no reason; Cambridge Audio replaced them with a brand new pair, free of charge. Outstanding customer service.
