The first time I was ever putting in jail was for stealing my own furniture supposedly they rusted me on a Sunday never read me my rights. I wasn’t allowed to make a phone call nothing I sit in jail for nine days until my mother took a picture of me sitting on my own furniture the second time when I got my car and was ready to leave. I looked down the alley in the town cop was parked so he could look down the alley at my vehicle, immediately They attempted to pull me over I had done no wrong I was scared young and made a bad decision and put the hammer down speed were over 130 miles an hour when I come into East Canton the cop was right behind me and I ran out of road and a miracle I wasn’t killed The police reports were far from the truth, but I am the one that paid dearly third I had left the Granville Tavern with a girl I had just met. We were the last people to leave the bar when we walked outside. There was a vehicle backed in with a male sitting in the driver seat I took a good look at him. It was not a police car. It was a beat, we went up the road and the car pulled out and followed me. It turned off on the first dirt road to the right we continued up 514. Bailey’s corners Flats I was not quite halfway across. When I saw the lights come over the behind me, they raced up on the bumper of my truck backed off 200 yards and followed me 4 1/2 miles when I turned onto cow Road they turned on their lights two state troopers come up to the drivers window and accused me of running them off the road I absolutely did not. I never passed another vehicle. I passed field sobriety test, but barely failed The breathalyzer they put handcuffs on me and put me in the backseat of the car and asked me if she could drive my truck. She was on DUI suspension probation no drivers license and she was drunk drunk drunk. They let her drive away in my truck and took me at a high rate of speed to Tawanda Memorial the slowest we went was 80 miles an hour. We passed two water trucks through the center from rotten just under 100 when we got to the hospital they put me in a room with the door open while they stood out at the counter, hitting on the nurses , hired Bob for a lawyer, the hearings were continued and continued, and continued to the point where they just had a little bit of time to convict me 20 days or so to be approximate when I walked into the courthouse the judge and all the lawyers were at the top of the stairs back then it was Judge Smith. He walked out to me and said Mr. Williams I’m gonna cut you free. I have more important things to do. I said thank you Judge Bob chased him down stating he had cut a deal with the assistant DA. They disappeared for a few minutes. Mr. McGuinness then came to me and said if I didn’t take that deal, they were hitting me with the fullest extent of the law and sent me to jail , never in my life have I done anything to deserve what this county has done to me Man, I have broad shoulders and I can own my responsibility I could go on and on and on this is only pieces. My biggest wish in life is to get out of this place. I’ve never Phil more helpless, and hurt in my life Since my most recent child support hearing where it was evident, I had no rights and they did not care. The lawyer. I paid $1700 attended one hearing since he never returned a phone call or anything it sickens me More than words could ever say

There are many people who work very hard to make positive changes to the community but unfortunately to many are working against them. Bradford County could be such a great place but the community is broken. Once you make mistake its next to impossible to recover. So many great lives are being lost and it doesn't seem like some honestly want to see better for community. Money and name trump justice and human responsibility. I walk in the court house and I see on the walls it says "In God we Trust". Nobody wants to take responsibility for what's going on in our county. We are watching our citizens die. We have homeless people that ended up this way because they were not able to get support needed. I try to teach my children right vs. Wrong but my kids think I'm lying because of what they see. All that's done is people are locked in jail. You can not solve a problem by constantly incarcerating citizens. I do not believe that's what our Veterans went to war for. They went to provide freedom, protection and a real chance to live a good life. Many lost their lives for this. I believe Bradford County needs to listen and see what is going on. Allow those that are trying desperately to help the ability to do just that. This was a great place. I believe it can be changed drastically. If not we will bury many more and lose many more by breaking them down.

There are many whom strive be good public servants. That are well worth our tax dollars investment.

Sadly without a big bag of money or the right last name or gender. This establishment that has "Justice, Law and Mercy above the entrance. Is lacking in all three area's.

I love Bradford County Pennsylvania. I just dislike the corruption and lack of accountability.

Who wants to buy a house so I can relocate to a place where they still believe in the Constitution and equality under the law.?!?!

Never seen a more corrupt court system in my life. Received a letter stating that “I failed to appear at a specific court hearing” (collections) so they put a bench warrant out for my arrest. I was never sent a letter pertaining to said hearing. So how am I suppose to show up for a hearing I have no idea about?
