I bought a used vehicle here from Mike and Ryan and had a great experience! The staff was professional and knowledgeable, and they weren't pushy at all. Took delivery of my 2024 Ineos Grenadier yesterday. Mike could not have made my experience more comfortable and professional. Car was gassed up ready to go out side when I got there, paperwork was a breeze, and the delivery process was informative and fun.

Beware! Car needed major service within 30 days of purchasing. I was told by my saleswoman who confirmed with the “Audi specialist” that the car had been serviced prior to my purchase..I’m guessing that was just wiper blades and and tires…granted I declined the “warranty” but the way I can’t get through to them now I can only imagine how the warranty program would work. Have heard from the service people saying that it would be on the sales dept to help me out. Guess buying it from the “Bentley” location was just as good as buying it from a mom and pop shop.

Well since this is the only way to get a response, I’ll keep the review as a one star…I’ve gotten more help from Audi and other Audi service repair places. Thank you for the “offer” though. Just show that you service your vehicles from your high end dealership before you sell them.

Nice people at the dealership , unfortunately they are unorganized and lack alignment with their servicing department . Purchasing was made difficult due to their lack of organization and attention to detail. The car was improperly serviced prior to taking ownership and the dealership was unresponsive and not helpful in getting fixed.
