For 49 years my family has, across many states, had a fresh cut Christmas tree for the holiday. This year's tree was in a class of its own. 6 weeks up, she was still green, fragrant and drinking water until we took her down yesterday for the Boy Scouts to haul away. Tree shopping was a delight: hot cocoa for the grands and a warm outdoor fire and chairs set the upcoming holiday stage just right. Many, many thanks! The Kuhlman Family

I have been struggling with my irrigation system for five years trying to adjust it to cover “dead spots” in my lawn. I contacted Bella Terra to have them open up my irrigation system for the Spring and adjust the sprinkler heads. Lewis and a co-worker (don’t recall his name) came out and just the initial five minute conversation I had made me feel that these guys know what they are doing. They identified two areas in my lawn that required an additional sprinkler head, and said the original installation of my system should have included these two additional sprinkler heads. No amount of additional watering has allowed me to adequately cover my lawn for the past five years. I am very pleased that we seem to have a solution identified.

This is the company that does not care.
I live in a townhome in Lewes and had a lovely pumpkin vine, full of blooms -- I have been nurturing it and just waiting for all the pumpkins.
The landscapers were trimming the large shrubs behind my pumpkin vine--- and trimmed my vine!! One small vine was left, the poor flowers all trampled on the ground... no pumpkins for me.
I understand that it was an accident: I don't blame the landscapers so much. But when I called they office, they were friendly until they discovered I just rent at a townhouse ("That is a commercial property, ma'am") and took no responsibility for the problem. They brushed me off by saying they had already spoken to their guys and that my plant is "Fine".
I guess if you're not a wealthy customer, they don't take responsibility for their actions. I recommend you find a landscaper with more integrity.

We have relied on Bella Terra for many years. They supplied and installed our natural stone courtyard and walkways, landscaping, outdoor lighting and irrigation systems. They have maintained these systems over the last several years and we could not be happier with these installations. Recently, I contacted Ken, who manages the maintenance services about a lighting issue. Like always, he responded immediately and deployed his crew to investigate and address the problem. It turns out that I managed to cut one of the electrical lines while working in the beds, and Tony and Arial quickly located the problem and repaired it. Ken's leadership of Bella Terra's maintenance activities, as well as Tony and Ariel's technical capabilities are impressive. What's even more impressive is the good relationships that are so easily formed with people who are a pleasure to work with. My compliments to Ken, Tony, and Ariel.

Bella Terra has done it again. We had Rebecca design our new landscaping and Mike and the crew installed it. This is the second home where we have had them do work and we love the finished product. The difference is amazing. They are responsive, respectful and show up on time and work until it’s done. True professionals. We also had them reconfigure our irrigation system. Again, top notch. I highly recommend this company if you want quality work done.
