I just came in as a paying customers spending about $10 - $15,000 this past weekend,
As I walk in, I walk up to these guys standing up holding the desks or the wall,
Did not acknowledge that I was there at all whatsoever, Right in front of them.
So I walk up to the secretary and ask for the guy I dealt with for buying my product,
She was very heartwarming nice individual greeted me and showed me where to relax for a minute.
I think they need some customer service class
For some individuals.

This Guys know what they are doing when it comes to hoses and fittings and they are willing to go the extra mile.
Abel and Pete rocked all day long with the amazing solution they gave to our next to
impossible request. Great personalities with lots of experience and quality customer service. THE HOSER SAVED THE DAY.

I needed some hoses made in Midland / Odessa. I went to 5 different hydraulic shops, and nobody had both the hose or the fittings I needed. Austin Hose did and made them on the spot. Double-checked with me to make sure I liked the way the fittings were aligned before crimping them down. It seems like every time I call them for some odd part, fitting, or hose, they have them. Austin Hose is a great company to deal with, and to find out the CEO of the company was the person who actually made them on top of that is Awesome. I definitely recommend this company. Great experience, and I will keep going there in the future.

Hoses called in, there’s still a huge delay between when I show up and when the hose is given to me. No sense of urgency. People just lolligag around searching for the person who has the order in their computer. Then print it out, then search for someone to go fetch it. It’s maddening.
Why are there 2 buildings. It doesn’t matter which building you go to, your order is in the OTHER building. Is there any kind of computerized system maybe that could connect the two? Maybe some form of electronic communication?
I wish my company would stop using Austin Hose.

Seth, Blake, Perfecto, Abel and Jessica always do a great job assisting all of us customers regardless of how busy they are. I would recommend them to anybody needing hose or related oil field parts! They have the best service in the area!
