I have worked here since they opened. I enjoy working here. Yes there have been a lot of changes since day one. Still much to do. However, as far as supervisors go I can definitely vouch for one that was mentioned in an earlier review. I will not mention names but I will say that my supervisor is professional and knowledgeable in her role. She is not rude but does expect adult behavior from associates. No one purposely gets anyone fired. You get yourself fired if policies and guidelines aren't followed. It's that simple. And female supervisor has no problem with other women with authority. If anything they encourage it. Just don't expect to come in and do nothing. We are here to work period.

The three stars are for the young lady who helped me and the guy who checked me in.

However, there is two major things that NEEDS to be improved.

1) the shipping/receiving sign NEEDS to be put by the road not the parking lot.

2) There NEEDS to be a sign where a driver needs to check in.

It took me about 5 mins maybe more trying to fine the stupid door where I check in to make my delivery. Also the phone number that's on Google maps that's the same on my rate confirmation DOES NOT work.

Please fix them to help future truck drivers to navigate you facility.

They get three stars cause simply they have no number to reach this place at all it’s like have come in as person to talk! Anyway it was nice bout 45 minutes to unload full trailer friendly people! However don’t go to dock door 12 to check in it’s either man door 9 in black tape or either man door 12! Plenty room move around here!

Do not apply if you've ever worked at Dorman Products, they will not even interview you

Even tried showing up at one of their Job Fairs where they interview everyone and was turned away not 2 minutes after arrival.

By far the worst job and experience in my life, modern day slavery and poor management at its finest I can’t wait till Amazon opens across the street hopefully it’ll shut that disaster of a job down..
