They have poured many jobs for me over the last 20 plus years. All have been great quality and done on a timely basis. Quality when it counts. I can install the nicest pool around but if the concrete decks do not look good it makes the pool job look bad. I never have to worry about that with Architectural Concrete!

They ground down existing counter and applied a colored coating with sealer. Actually looked good but sealer coat started to flake. After several attempts to contact they finally came back. Took sealer down and reapplied color coating but this application was light and you could see through to the raw concrete. Again virtually impossible to get these guys by phone but finally connected. They blew me off and I have what clearly appears to be a destroyed countertop. Terrible customer service and quality of work on a countertop rework.

I would love to give a glowing review of my completed project, but unfortunately no work has been accomplished as yet. Tyler was very prompt and professional when he came out to discuss the project and got the estimate to me very quickly. I in-turn reviewed and approved the estimate within 24 hours. A week or so after approving the quote (3rd week of May) I contacted Tyler with a slight change to the work scope (additional work) and he again was very prompt and accommodating. Since then, I have been waiting patiently and hoping they call soon to let me know when they will get started. This project is an addition to work they did for me several years ago.

I had them do my concrete around my pool and it was great. My father is not easily impressed and could not believe how well the pitch was done, drainage, and my downspouts hidden away. Top notch service all the way!

I contracted for a sidewalk with AC for a major event last spring and after weeks of delays on their part we agreed on their handmade stepping stones as we were out of time. Most of them cracked upon delivery and installation so they bought aggregate stepping stones at a store and then laid 1/3 of them on the grass without leveling, squaring or even digging them in. They guaranteed they’d “make it right” and offered more services to cover the deposit we had initially paid. After numerous calls, emails, and text messages one year later they satisfactorily fixed the stones and power washed and sealed my patio.
