Eric Oetjen of AO Structural Engineers responded promptly to my request for an assessment of our foundation. He scheduled a convenient date and time that he adhered to. He assessed our foundation and addressed our questions and concerns on the spot in plain language. He sent his full written report and recommendations three days later. The report was thorough and reflected additional research on our property done offsite in order to prepare the report background. We were greatly reassured by Eric's knowledge and thoroughness, are happy with the outcomes of his visit, and would not hesitate to highly recommend AO Structural Engineers for home structural assessments.
