Llevo 2 años y medio viviendo aquí y no tengo nada que quejarme. Los empleados son amables y nunca me an fallado en las tonterías que an tenido que arreglar. No hay ratas,no cucarachas y no insectos en tu cama. Todo muy bien.

Nice and quiet apartment. I have lived here for 3 years. The top floor is nice and quiet, and maintenance is well done. Just give them a notice, and they will come to fix it the next day. Keep the apartment decently clean, and you can get your deposit back in full easily.

This complex has the best leasing office ever. If you submit a maintenance ticket in they get on top of response within the next business day. In my experience you will see maintenance come by within 12 hours if it is a weekday to at least check in on the situation. The team is extremely warm and responsive as well as responsible. I had crumbling grout in my bathroom. They immediately went to check it and as result rebuilt the bathroom ground up due to some other issues they discovered and I lived with a fully new renovated bathroom during my time there. Problems aren't just superficially fixed but fixed and addressed from the core. The team definitely prioritizes the best standard of living possible with he resources they have.
