After 2 years of looking for contractors to build us a pool we finally found Michelle and All American Pool and it was absolutely the right choice. We had a great experience and enjoyed working with Michelle and her whole crew. We really like the payment method she uses where you pay in installments as phases get accomplished instead for a large down payment. We did a 16x32x6 liner and we upgraded to a stone coping and it looks so good. Communication was great. Michelle alway was reachable and responded almost immediately anytime we had question. Overall really good experience and were very happy with the quality of work. From breaking ground to finishing was about 2 months.

We've been trying for months to get just a phone call for new liner. I understand your busy but that's just poor customer service. We are new to Kentucky and have never had this problem in Ohio. Just disappointed. We are literally using gorilla tape to hold liner up. I have a beautiful pool other than that

I have had the best experience at All America Pool & Supply Co, Inc. I have not only bought one pool there, but two! and I even recommended an absolutely insane amount of my friends! They are all in love! Not only with the great work that was done, but with the staff as well! they are the most caring and kindhearted people i have ever come across. Honestly they feel like family and they will definitely make YOU feel like family too! I am not one to normally leave reviews on companies ive used, although I just havent been able to get over the immaculate service I experienced! Pools Rule!

This is the perfect place to go for all your pool needs! I had the best experience working with them. The employees were very friendly and provided a welcoming atmosphere. As a first time buyer, I had many questions, but they were able to answer them all and were so helpful. Highly recommended!!

Only 3 stars because I purchased and was refunded. They sold me a pool and told me I did not need a permit for above ground pool in oldham county. I researched it and per code enforcement I did infect need one. When I brought this to thier attention they said well if you get caught just ask for forgiveness don't worry about a permit. I did not want to proceed without one so I tried on my own to get it and was unable since you do need workers compensation info for the builder as well as a health dept inspection for the septic, I could get the inspection but the builder did not want to give out thier workers compensation policy.This was not just a failure on my end for poor research it was on thier end since they are in oldham county selling pools to be installed in oldham county and giving out false and misleading information. They also after I was refunded tried to deliver the pool and I had to inform them I was refunded the purchase price.
