It is in Stanley Market Place and difficult to locate - that place is a maze.

There was nothing quick about their service. 2-3 days to do their “diagnostic tests” @ $49 every time you take your item in and then another 7 working days to fix it. So, if you drop it off on a Friday, don’t plan on getting it back for at least a week and a half. $99 to back it up unless you do it yourself but you sign a consent that they can’t guarantee what will happen if they don’t back it up. So that is $150 before anything is done.

I knew what was wrong but of course I had to go through all the hoops. I dropped it off at 2:30 pm. They close at 4 pm. I called & went back when they opened at 10am the next day because I needed it for some unforeseen work. It then became clear that I wouldn’t be able to return it and I wanted the diagnostic charge refunded. Lo and behold! In the space of 2 working hours they had run the diagnostic work up that was supposed to take 2-3 days to complete. It confirmed that the only thing wrong was the one item that I told them about. Then, if I was to bring it back 2 days later to get the repair done, there would be another diagnostic 49$ charge.

I was in a time crunch and told them that even if they came up with other problems, I only wanted the one item repaired. They didn’t want to do that. It started feeling as if I was going to get handed a list of new problems. Of note, they missed that the battery needs replacement and they changed some automatic back up settings that I hadn’t set. They would probably deny this but I NEVER set Adobe up for automatic backup.

Needless to say. I am not going back.

The store had to send out my Mac to get fixed, and when they received it, I was in another state. I paid them extra for them to do a two day shipping to get my computer as I needed it for work. They lied to me saying that they delivered it to FedEx two days before they actually did and now my package is lost! They have not followed up with me. I am very upset, and this is jeopardized my work and they seem to have not cared. They gave me a refund of $13 out of the $60 that I paid to get the shipping. I am trying to request a refund of all of my money but they have not got back to me

Alas, your team couldn't save my 9-year-old warhorse of a MacBook, which had a severely swollen battery and other age-related maladies. However, by saved the data—including all bookmarks, passwords, apps and more—and set me up with a new, more robust MacBook Air that can handle all the print, digital and video material I generate. I greatly appreciated the inexpensive rental you provided, which allowed me not to miss any of my project deadlines. Also, Zach was great at communicating what was wrong with my computer, and why he didn't recommend repairing it. The customer service was prompt, thoughtful and highly informed.
Thank you!!!

We love Aim High! I recently purchased a new iMac through Aim High and couldn't be happier. Zach was wonderful as always. He transferred all my data from my old mac and got me all set up on the new computer. If you need apple products or help on all things apple, you can trust Aim High to provide the best service.

While visiting the Denver area, I had an issue with my MacBook Pro not charging. I was able to get in right away, they thoroughly tested issues and were able to identify the source of the problem and a solution. I was in and out in 15 minutes! Highly recommend.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Aim High and was blown away by the level of customer service provided by the team. Vince, Zach, and the rest of the crew were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received the assistance I needed. Not only do they offer Apple certified repairs, which means my warranty was not voided, but they also offer classes to help customers learn how to use their Apple products. I was truly impressed with the level of care and expertise provided by the Aim High team and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of Apple repairs or support.

Lost 2 days of work leaving my computer with them - told me it would cost $800 to fix and they couldn’t solve the problem after 2 days. Took it to another Mac specialist, he looked at it for 10 minutes, cost me nothing, and his jaw dropped at their proposed bill. These people are crooks. Don’t trust them!

I had a great experience working with Aim High. I did not end up having any service performed, as it was going to be less expensive to buy a new iPhone than it would've been to fix an old busted iPhone 8 in 2023, but they were very helpful. I was walked through all of my options, they described in detail the various steps needed to get my phone operational, and were very kind and polite. I will return here when I have another service need.
